Course Description:

The Project Management course examines project management roles and environments, the project life cycle and various techniques of work planning, control and evaluation to achieve project objectives.

Course Objectives:

Upon the completion of the course students will:

 Articulate the main concepts of project management

 Analyze the environment in which projects operate

 Relate management process groups for any project and their project management processes

 Discuss the processes and activities that integrate the various elements of project management Scientific Contents:
