According to Bahrain's state news agency, KSA’s King has arrived at Manama in an official visit to Bahrain. KSA’s King is likely to hold talks with Bahrain’s king, concentrating on the outstanding robust brotherly ties binding the two nations and people, as well as the latest regional, Arab, and international developments and issues of shared interest. According to the Centre for International Communication (CIC), KSA’s Minister of Economy and Planning, and Korea’s, Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy, have decided to reinforce the bilateral partnership. Bawan Co. inked a medium-term Islamic loan deal worth SAR 95.5mn with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF).
The company would utilize the loan to partially fund its strategic acquisition of Arnon Plastic Industries Co.

Al Khaleej Training and Education Co. inked an agreement with King Abdulaziz University to conduct English language courses for the introductory year at AlQassim University for around SAR 13.5mn. Al Rajhi Bank’s shareholders are expected to vote for a 53.8% capital increase to SAR 25.0bn from SAR 16.25bn. The capital increase is targeted at lifting the bank’s resources that assist in attaining good growth rates. Meanwhile, they are also likely to vote on a 22.5% cash dividend at SAR 2.25 per share for 2H2018, totaling SAR 3.656bn. (Source: Argaam)
Market Analysis
The Saudi Stock Exchange increased 0.6% to 8,985.5 on Wednesday. The value traded stood at SAR 4.0bn (up 20.6% over previous day), while the advance- decline ratio stood at 80/93. The parallel market index decreased 1.9% to 3,610.6 points. The value traded stood at SAR 1.6mn (up 34.1% over previous day).
Most sectors in the main market ended in the green.
Retailing and Food & Staples (up 1.8% and 1.4%, respectively) advanced the most; Pharma & Bio Tech and Media (down 3.1% and 1.6%, respectively) led the laggards.

Regional and International Markets
Among other regional markets, Dubai increased 1.1%, while Abu Dhabi decreased 0.1%. Bahrain and Egypt increased 1.1% and 0.2%, respectively, while Qatar decreased 0.4%. Meanwhile, Kuwait remained flat and Oman remained closed.
According to the Energy Information Administration (EIA), oil inventories in the US increased 7.2mn barrels (prior: up 2.8mn) to 449.5mn in the week ended March 29. Distillate inventories fell 2.0mn barrels (prior: down 2.1mn) to 128.2mn, and gasoline inventories declined 1.8mn barrels (prior: down 2.9mn) to 236.8mn. (Source: Econoday)
