This interest is the result of the directions demanded by the leaders of this country. This course is the second part of a series of courses aimed at providing the trainee with knowledge of microorganisms that cause food spoilage and food poisoning, in which he will be trained in methods of laboratory examination in cases of food poisoning and food sources.

This course aims to introduce the student to the concept and method of food spoilage and classify it according to its susceptibility to spoilage, in addition to the types and manifestations of food spoilage, the concept of expiration date and its implications and the drawing methods different food samples for research. In this course, the student is defined as to the extent to which the meat is suitable for human consumption, knowledge of the necessary health requirements and the acquisition of basic skills in the methods of examining meat, fish and various marine organisms, training on the distinction between the meat of different animals and methods of keeping them, in addition to training on how to apply the laws and regulations of meat inspection in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Oral tests
