K^t qua nghien ciiu cho t h i y tu hai bj b e n h sung voi 6 giai doan giong n h i l m 7 loai, a giai doan t h u a n g pham nhiim 11 loai; tu hai k h 6 n g b i l u hi^n b e n h sung voi a giai doan giong n h i l m 11 loai vi k h u i n , a giai doan thmmg pham n h i l m 6 Ioai. Nghien ciiu c u n g da xac dinh s u hien di6n dong th6i c a 3 loii vi k h u a n ( V. alginolyticus, V. choleraevz V. splendidus) tren tu hai a c i 2 vimg nu6i vinh Ha Long v i vinh Cam Ranh. K i t q u i nghidn ciiu la c a so khoa hoc giiip dinh h u o n g nghidn ciiu tac nhan gay b e n h tu hai s u n g voi a Vi^t Nam.

Hinh 1. Kit qua bang 1 cho thay b giai doan giong, su bgi nhilm cua nhilu loii vi khuan khic nhau ldn tu hii khdng bilu hien bdnh cao (11 loii), trong khi dd tu hii benh sung vdi chi nhidm 7 loii vi khuin. Trong so loii VI khuan phin tich cd 6 loai bdt gip trdn ca tu hii khong bilu hidn bdnh vi b$nh sung vdi, tuy nhidn vdi ty 1? thap, cao nhat li loii V. alginolyticus (16,4% trdn tu hii khdng bilu hi^n b^nh vi 13,8% trdn tu hai bdnh sung vdi) (Bang 1). Ty 1| nhilm vi khuin thap nhat (0,8%) doi voi 3 loii vi khuin V.

parahaemolyticus, V. neptunius v i Pseudomonas sp tren tu hai khdng bieu hien benh, 0,6% doi vdi vi khuin Staphylococcus sp. v i V cholerae tren tu hii bdnh sung vdi.

Cung gi6ng nhu mdt sd loai ddng vit thiiy sin khac, loii nhuyin till 2 manh vo o cac giai doan phit triln khac nhau tiiudng cam nhidm vdi loii vi khuin khac nhau. Hidn nay nghien ciiu benh vi khuan trdn nhuyin till 2 manh vo dugc chia lim 3 giai doan tuong ling voi 3 giai doan phat triln ciia vit chu (giai doan au trung, giong vi truong thinh). O giai doan gidng, nhuyin t h i tiiudng nhilm 4 benh chu ylu, ph6 biln sau: "Juvenile Oyster Disease QOD) do alpha-Proteobacteria" (Bricelj et al., 1992; Boettcher et al., 1999, 2000), bdnh in mon bin l l mat lung (do Cytophaga sp-like) (Dungan and Elston, 1988;

Dungan et al., 1989), bdnh hdi chung ip xe do vi khuin gram duong (Elston et al., 1999) va gan diy xuat hidn benh "summer mortalities" do V.

spendidus (Lacoste et al., 2001; Waechter et al, 2002). Trong nghien ciiu nay 2 loii vi khuan V.

splendidus vi vi khuan gram duong Staphylococcus sp da xac dinh cd mat tren tu hii khdng c6 bilu hien bdnh, tuy nhidn voi ty Id thap lin lugt tuong ung 10,9% va 0,6%.

3.3. Kit qui phin tich vi khuin trdn tu hii 6 giai doan thuong p h ^

Kit qua phan tich vi khuan ti-|n tu hii giai do^n tiiuong pham trai ngugc vdi k i t qua phin tich ri khuin b giai doan gi^ng. Cu t h i tu hai hi bdnh simg vdi bat gap 11 loai vi khuan, trong khi dd trdn tu hai khdng CO bilu hidn bdnh chi b i t gap 6 loai. Tu hai benh sung vdi bat gap V. cholerae vai ^ l l nhilm cao nhat 21,7%, diy cdng l i loii b i t gap thip nhit trln tu hai khdng bilu hidn benh (1,7%). A STUDY ON BACTERIA SPECIES IN CULTURED OTTER CLAMS (.LUTRARIA PHILIPPINARUM^EEm, 1854) IN VIETNAM

The research was conducted in Ha Long Bay and Cam Ranh Bay, Vietnam from January 2013 to December 2013. Otter clams with and without swollen siphon signs were collected for identification of bacterial species.

Bacterial selection media and API 20E tests were used to isolate bacteria species in tiie study. The result showed tiiere were 7 and 11 bacterial species isolated from otter clam wifli swollen siphon at tiie fingerling and commercial stages, respectively. While tiiere were U and 6 bacterial species from otter clam without swollen siphon at ttie fingerbng and commercial stages, respectively. However, tiiis study also found 3 bacterial species, including V. alginolyticus, V. cholerae snd V. splendidus in botti otter clam cultured in Ha Long Bay and Cam Ranh Bay. The findings served as baseUne information for futiier identification of pathogens on swollen siphon disease in otter clam m Viet Nam.
