Bio phi la benh khd pho bien tren the gidi vd Viet Nam. Beo phi gidi phong ra nhieu cdc goc tif do. Mue tieu nghien citu: "Ddnh gid tdc dung chong oxy hoa cua phucmg phdp luyen tdp duong sinh Nguyen Van Huong tren benh nhdn beo phi". Phuong phdp nghien cuu: tiin cuu, so sdnfi trudc sau vd so sdnh voi nhom chung. 60 doi tuang beo phi du(rc chia Idm hai nhom: nhom nghiin cuu (30 ddi tuang) tap theo phuang phdp duang sinh Nguyen Vdn Hucmg, nhom chdng (30 ddi tirang) tap theo phuang phdp Hurbbard. Thdi gian luyen tap 15 ngdy. Ket qua: ndng do enzym chong oxy hoa SOD,p, TAS, GPx.p, GPxhc diu tdng sau 15ngdyluy$n tap vdip< 0,0] -0,001 dca hai nhom. Obesity releases many free radicals Objectives: To evaluate the antioxidant effect of Nguyen Van Huong method on obese patient. Methods: Prospective clinical trial, comparison ofpre-post treatment and control group.
60 obese patients were divided into two groups • the research group (30 patients) practiced Nguyen Van Huong method and the control group (30 patients) practiced Hurbbard method. The practice time had lasted for 15 days. Results: The concentration of antioxidant enzymes SODtp, TAS, GPx was increased after 15 days with p<0 001- 0.0! in both groups. Conclusion: Practicing Nguyen Van Huong method increases antioxidants in obese patients.

Beo phi duac coi la benh ly man tinh, ciing nhu cac benh man tinh khac, beo phi gay ra cac qua trinh oxy hoa, giai phong ra nhieu cac g6c tu do [1].[2]. Khi beo phi t6n tai trong mpt thofi gian dai, ngu6n chat chong oxy hoa trong co the bi can kiet, giam nong dp va boat dp cac enzym nhu SOD, TAS, GPx, so vai nguai khoe manh.
Cac goc tir do se tao ra hang loat phan ling bat loi cho co the [3]. Ben canh cac phuong phap dieu tri beo phi ciia YHHD, thi YHCT ciing co nhieu phirong phap dieu tri nhu phuong phap diing thuoc va khong dung thuoc da dupc ap dung tir lau. Phuong phap luyen tap duong sinh Nguyen Van Huong [4] da dupc ap dung 6 BV YHCT TW tir nam 1957 din nay. Do la phuang phap luyen tap tong hap, la sir ke thiia nhung kinh nghiem quy bau ciia 6ng cha ta de lai va nhung tinh hoa cua y hpc phuang D6ng . Tren thuc te lam sang va nhieu cong trinh nghien ciiu da chiing minh tac dung cua phuang phap nay [6], [7], [8],... Tuy nhien chua co cong trinh nghien ciiu nao danh gia tac dung ciia bai tap dudng sinh Nguyen van HuoTig tren goc tir do a d6i tupng beo phi. Chinh vi vay, chiing toi tien hanh de tai nay nham mue tieu:

II. DOI TLTgnVG VA PHLTONG PHAP NGHIEN ClTU
2.1. Do! tirtfng nghien cihi G6m 60 doi tupng beo phi, tap luyen tai khoa Cham ciiu duang sinh - Benh vien Y Hpc Co Truyen Trung LTong.
2.1.1. Tieu chudn chpn doi tup'ng:
- NU giai, do tuoi tir 40 - 60 tuoi, ty nguyen tham gia nghien ciiu
- Dli tieu chuan chan doan beo phi theo TCYTTG co BMI > 25

* Phuong phap nghien ciiu: nghien ciiu can thiep, so sanh truac va sau dieu tri, so sanh voi nhdm chiing.
* Co mau nghien ciiu: Gom 60 doi tuong dupc chia thanh 2 nhom
+ Nhom Nghien ciiu (NC): 30 doi tuong dupc luyen tap theo phuang

IV. BAN LUAN
* Ve su- thay doi nong do cac enzym chong oxy hoa va goc tur do sau 15 ngay luyen tap duong sinh Nguyen Van Hu-irng.
4.L Anh hirong ciia luyen tap duong sinh len hoat do enzym SOD.
SOD (Superoxid dismutase) la chat chflng oxy hoa co ban chSt enzym, no co trong hflng ciu (SODhJ hay trong huyet tuong, dich mfl, dich tiiy s6ng,...(S0D,p) [3]. Ket qua nghien cim o Bang 3.1 cho thay: Sau 15 ngay luyen tap, nflng do enzym SOD,p tang cfl y nghia p < 0,001 (nhom nghien
cuu) va p < 0,05 (nhom chiing) va su khac biet giira hai nhom khflng co y nghia thflng ke. KSt qua nay cho thiy ham lugng SOD tang len trong qua trinh luyen tap dflng nghia voi qua trinh khii goc ty do nhieu ban.
4.2. Anh hirorng cua luyen tap len hoat dg enzym GPx.
Glutathiol peroxidase (GPJ co o hau het cac mfl, chiem vi tri quan trgng thir hai trong he thong oxy hoa cua te bao, sau SOD [3]. Kflt qua 6 Bang 3.3, 3.4 cho thay, sau thoi gian luyen tap boat do trung binh cua GPxhc, GPxip o ca hai nhom dflu tang len ro ret. Su khac biet truac va sau luyen tap a hai nhom CO y nghia vai p<0,001.

Nhu vay, sau luyen tap bang phuang phap duong sinh (nhom nghien ciiu) va phuang phap Hurbbard (nhom chiing) deu lam tang nong do enzyme ch6ng oxy hoa nhu SOD, GPx, TAS va dac biet phuong phap luyen tap duong sinh Nguyin Van Huong da co diu hieu lam giam
