The article uses quantitative method lo discover determinants of individual customer satisfaction with non-credit banking services at Ho Chi Minh City Developmeni Joint Stock Commercial Bank, Vinh Long Branch (HDBank Vinh Long). The results reveal five influential faclors, which are Reliability, Tangibles, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Ease of use. In particular, Reliability creates the largest impact while Assurance has the smallest effect.
