Ket qua nghidn crfu cho thay cd 4 ye'u td tac dpng chinh dd'n ddng Irfc lam vide cua CBCNV tai Cdng ty Id: Thu nhap phuc ldi, didu kien Iam viec, ddng nghiep va ddo tao thang tien.

I. Dat vd'n dd

De tao ddng Iffc lam vide cho CBCNV, Cdng ty nen cd nhffng chinh sach nhff sau:
