- Xay dung chuan NL NCKH ciia giang vien theo dan vi trudng. lam tham chieu cho viec phln loai danh gia NL NCKH cua gilng vien va danh gia chuan lao ddng nghe nghiep cua giang vien.
-Oanh gia, phan loai NLNCKH ciia giang vien theo chdc danh va xlc dinh nhu cau bdi dudng ciia gilng vien cimg nhu eae dieu kien kem theo.
-Thiet ke ndi dung va hinh thdc bdi dudng phu hop vdi tdng nhdm giang vien dai hoc su pham va td chdc bdi dudng theo ndi dung v l hinh thde dUOe thiet ke.
- To chdc bdi dudng theo ndi dung va hinh thde duoc thiet ke.
- Xay dyng chien luac phat trien khoa hoc va danh muc cac de tai nghien cdu khoa hoc cua trudng, tao mdi trudng khoa hoc cho gilng vien

6. Ket luan
NL NCKH la mdt tieu chuan trong chuan nghe nghiep eiia giang vien, Ddi vdi giang vien dai hoc sU pham, NL NCKH khdng chi la cdng cu cho boat ddng khoa hoc ma cdn la cdng cu de hinh thanh NL nghien cdu va td chdc NCKH cho smh vien sU pham - mdt tieu chuan cua ngudi gilo vien.
