The iranation of pathogenic E. coli which cause disease in human is increasingly diverse. Beside the genomic variation lead to the >«
variation of pathogenic characteristic, the antibiotic resistance in microbe also is more complicated. Study on diversity of pathogenic genotypes and characteristic of antibiotic resistance in E. coli was performed with 215 E. coli strains isolated from food samples and 89 strains isolated fiom clinical specimens. The diversity of pathogenic E. coli was studied by PCR method based on the pair of primers designed for detection of genes: stxl, stx2. eae, bfpA, eaf. The characteristic of antibiotic resistance in E. coli were studied with Ampicillin, Ciprofloxacin, Gentamycin, Cefotaxim, Ceftazidim, Amikacin, Imipenem, The study results in diversity of .„
