ABSTRACT
Armor Piercing Composite Rigid (APCR) are developed to increase the penetration power of bullets while ensuring basic launch features similar to those same calibers in equipment. The penetration force of the bullet increased due to the use of materials with higher density than steel.
This change leads to effect on the geometry characters and piercing ability of the bullet. Based on the ensuring the ability to use weapons on the equipment, the paper will be built a model of computational and powerful survey of steel bullets through the Armor Piercing Composite Rigid (APCR).

1. DAT VAN DE
Hien nay, cdng nghe vat lieu phat trign da tang cudng kha nang bao ve cho bd binh cung nhu cac trang thiet bi quan sir trong quan dpi ciia cac nude tren the gidi. Ao giap chdng dan cd miic bao ve III+ tbeo tidu chuSn NIJOlOl .06 cua My (chdng dupe dan 7,62x39mm Idi thep) da trd len phd bien. Do vay, viec tang cudng uy luc xuygn cho dan siing la mpt nbu c4u tit ygu trong phat trien ky thuat trang bi cua quan doi.
De giai quygt dupe yeu cau nay, cac hudng giai quyet ve uy luc xuyen thep da duoc neu trong bai bao [4]. Tuy nhign, chua cd digu kien thuc nghiem chiing minh nhimg luan giai nay. Ngoai ra, can phai bd sung vao md hinh tinh toan de hoan thien viec danh gia uy luc
xuyen thep ciia dan xuyen nhd hem cd kieu luu tuydn d cu ly khac nhau va so sanh vdi dan xuygn ldi thep thdng thudng trong trang bi.
2. NOI DUNG
Dan xuygn dudi cd kieu luu tuyen duac thigt kg ban tren siing hien cd thudng cd khdi lupng dau dan nhd han khdi lupng dau dan thdng thudng nen phai dam bao cac dieu kien c a ban: Dieu kien ben ndng va dieu kien dn dinh chuyen ddng cua dau dan trgn dudng bay.

Dica tren casaddm bdo khd ndng su dung tren vii khi co trong trang hi, hdi bdo xdy dimg mo hinh tinh todn khdo sdt uy luc xuyen thep cm dan sung xuyen dual ca kieu lieu tuyen theo mot so thong so ddc trung cua dan ndy.

2. NQI DUNG
Dan xuygn dudi cd kieu luu tuygn duoc thigt kd ban trgn siing hien cd thudng cd Ididi lupng 6ikn dan nhd hem khdi lugng diu dan thdng thudng ngn phai dam bao cac dieu kien ca ban: Digu kien ben ndng va digu kien dn dinh chuygn dpng ciia dau dan trgn dudng bay.
2.1. Mo hinh vat ly
Cau tao chung cua dan siing xuyen thep cd cau tao ca ban nhu hinh 1.

1) Vo dau dan; 2) Loi xuyen; 3) Cdc chua loi xuyin; 4) Bdn thep; b) Be ddy bdn thep.

- Cac kdt qua nhan dupe: Khdi lupng tuong ddi cua dka dan C^ (thda man digu kien dn dinh) tuong iing vdi so tdc v^ thda man dieu kien bdn ndng, dudng kinh loi xuyen d, he sd dn dinh con quay cua dan va uy luc xuyen thep cua dan d cac cu ly.
c. Dieu kien khao sat.

Tren co sd bao dam dieu kien ben ndng, khdi lupng tuong ddi cua dau dan giam din tdi so toe cua dan tang (hinh 3). Tren ciing mdt dudng kinh Idi xuyen tuong ddi , he sd dn dinb con quay cua dan bi suy giam khi tang khdi luang tuang ddi ciia dan (hinh 4).

Tir do thi hinh 6, xem xet d ciing mdt he sd dn dinh con quay o ^ 0,6 d cu ly 0-39369.d (0-300m ddi vdi dan 7,62mm):

tuong ddi C^ - 18000 kg/m^ (7,96g ddi vdi dan 7,62mm) khi uy luc xuyen thep dat 3,6.d ddi vdi muc tieu ban thep CT3, tucmg duong 27 mm, he sd dn dinh con quay tinh toan dat 0,73. Dan xuyen ldi thep khdi lugng 9,6g (C^^ = 21697 kg/m^) ban thu nghiem uy luc xuyen dat 16mm d cu ly 100m [1], uy luc xuydn thep cua dan xuyen luu tuyen tang len 68,7%.
3. KET LUAN
Bai bao da xay dung md hinh ddng dang tinh toan uy luc xuyen thep cua dan xuyen dudi cd kidu luu tuyen thda man digu kien ben ndng, dieu kien dn dinh tren dudng bay tren co sd mpt nang lupng mieng ndng tuong ddi cua dan cd trong trang bi.
Tu ket qua tinh toan cho mot nang lupng mieng ndng ddng dang vdi dan 7,62mmx54R ruot thep khi ban trgn siing dai Uen PKMS ed the thay, cac tbam sd kdt cau C^, d anh hudng rat Idn dgn digu kien dn dinh va uy luc xuyen thep cua dan. Ban xuydn luu tuygn sir dung ldi xuygn cd ty trpng Idn ngn sii dung khdi lugng tuong ddi C^ nhd va dudng kinh tuong ddi d - 0,60 -^ 0,75 de dam bao digu kien dn dinh con quay va uy lire xuydn thep dugc tdt nhat.
Ket qua nay cd thg su dung trong so sanh uy luc xuygn thep cua cac loai dan xuyen Ihep dn dinh con quay cd trong trang bi va xu hudng thigt ke, cai tien via khi mdi hien nay. •
