With the structural approach of to local market- ing strategy for investment attraction to fill the industrial regions, the paper proposes, tests and established the real research model and its metrlx including 5 such in dependent variables as S.TP marketing, market offehngs; marketing ehanels, IMC and investment promotion mix and strategic organization and capabilities, and the dependent variable as the total local marketing strategic per- formance.
