This study aims to analyze factors affecting the job satisfaction of cadres, civil servants and public employees in educational institutions in Binh Dinh province through a survey of 250 samples. The outcome points out 5 factors, in order of importance, which are (1) Internal rewards; (2) Awareness of support from organization and leaders; (3) Nature of work; (4) External rewards; and (5) Awareness of fairness and equality. From this finding, the authors propose solutions to help the aforementioned institutions better satisfy the needs of education staffs, increase job satisfaction so that they work more effectively and actively.
