We have used modem computer programmes such as PAUP, Mr. Bayes, TreeView, Mega, ClustalX2, CLC Sequence Viewer to find relationship of genus Cyclea and other genera of Menispermaceae in Vietnam. We collected information of 32 species in Genbank from the website: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov and CLC Sequence Viewer programme. We use PAUP and Mr. Bayes to find phylogenetic relationships among taxa, TreeView and Mega to present diagrams showing relationship. Using distance and parsimony methods in PAUP program, Cyclea & Cissampelos formed a group related to Stephania. Representative genera were selected: Akebia, Albertisia, Anamirta, Arcangelisia, Aspidocarya, Cissampelos, Cocculus, Cyclea, Diploclisia, Hypserpa, Pachygone, Parabaena, Pericampylus, Pycnarrhena.

Sargentodoxa, Sinofranchetia, Sinomenium, Stephania, Tinospora. Important results of methods showed that Cyclea related to Cissampelos. The results of this paper will contribute to further studies on taxonomy of Menispermaceae m Vietnam.
