SUMMARY
Technological process and suitable fectors for extraction of polar conqioimds, tlavotioids, saponins and alkaloids from Carica papaya leaves were selected. The content of conqxiund groups in papaya leaves (% of dry material) decreased from polar conqiounds, alkaloids, flavonoids and saponins; the content ofthe atiove groups was 6.02 % , 3.40%, 1.67% and O.Il%Te$pectiveIy.
In four groups (polar compounds, alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins) of tested immunological stimulating activity through activating ce^Hibility of growtti oflynqihocytes of mouse spleen, only polar conqiounds and saponins were active.TheSD]o(stiinulating dose of S0% of development of lymphocyte) of polar confounds and sapoiiinswere287.87 and 192.99 pg/mlrespectively. The polar compounds and alkaloids extracted from dried papaya leaves were not toxic wilh tested mice in acute toxicity tesu'n vrwowith tested dose (10000 mg of con^unds/kgP).
