DIRECTIONS DATED 01 SEPTEMBER 2006
The Chief Justice has given the following directions concerning the above matter.
1. The application for leave to appeal against the judgment of the Full Bench of the Cape High Court is set down for hearing on 7 November 2006 at 10h00.
2. The record shall consist of the record before the Full Bench of the High Court and all the documents lodged in the application to this Court. Applicants must lodge the record, properly paginated and indexed, with the Registrar of this Court by Thursday 21 September 2006.
3. Written argument, which shall include argument on the merits of the appeal, shall be lodged as follows:
(a) applicants not later than Tuesday 5 October 2006, and (b) respondents not later than Tuesday 19 October 2006.
