BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE THAT the Second Respondent seeks an order from the above honourable Court in the following terms:
1. That new directions be issued in which an extension of time be granted to the Second Respondent for the filing of an affidavit setting out

whether alternative accommodation, as envisaged in the Prevention of an Illegal Eviction From and Unlawful Occupation of Land Act 19 of 1998, can be provided to the Applicant, as per the directions of the Court dated 30 June 2015;
2. Directing that the Second Respondent file the affidavit, as per the directions of the Court dated 30 June 2015, within a period of fifteen court days, calculated from the date of the granting of the new directions.
TAKE FURTHER NOTE that the affidavit of Davey Frank, annexed hereto, will be used in support of this application.
