I would also like to say a special thank you to my supervisor, Professor Phyllis Jane Zungu, for her great interest, supervision and guidance in the completion of this study. This study focuses on the theory that can be used to ensure that local communities benefit from their living cultural heritage.

Objectives of the study
The Flora and Fauna found in the area will be conserved and conserved at the same time. Local community members will be made to realize the importance of the natural resources they have in their place and how they can benefit from these resources.
Literature Review
It should be a first priority of the developers to involve local community in all the projects that take place in the area. The development of the place will only be effective if all the stakeholders are integrated.
Goals of Ecotourism
In order to achieve these goals, certain principles must be followed in the development of ecotourism in ETshena. The ETsheni community has many expectations that ecotourism development must meet.
Sustainability of the area
The ETsheni community looks forward to their expectations and it is the ecotourism development project that will make their expectations very successful. There are essential points to consider when maintaining any project. For tourism development to be economically sustainable, it should diversify opportunities, provide jobs and facilitate access to productive resources.
For tourism to be institutionally sustainable, it must involve creative partnership between government, civil society and the private sector. For tourism to be environmentally sustainable, the need to preserve and protect what is of value must be balanced with the need to facilitate access at a level appropriate to the sensitivity of the area. For tourism to be socially sustainable, host communities must actively participate in its management on an ongoing basis, including mitigating its potential negative effects such as environmental degradation, prostitution and exposure to drug abuse, etc.
The role of local authorities in ecotourism development
The local input can help achieve the following important goals: maintaining a dialogue to allow understanding of local needs and concerns and to address them; avoiding decisions that could have a negative impact on local residents;. In the place of ETsheni, the local communities can only participate in all projects provided inkosi has agreed for that project to take place in his area. This makes development easy because the community would work hand-in-hand with the team that would undergo the project to develop the place.
Community participation plays a very important role for the community and for the development of the place. This is done in this way, while people get involved in the project they are employed, and at the same time, their environment is improved.
Benefits to the local community
There will be an organization responsible for managing the site. There will be a special approach to managing the area. Instead of ETsheni, this change will be evaluated and guided by managers of the project.
If this is going to benefit the local community, they will not hesitate to participate in the development of the site. Madlala, one of the local community members disclosed that the local people around the site are to benefit from the development of the area. If it comes to benefit the local community, we will not hesitate to participate in the development of the place.
This chapter presents the findings of the research conducted in ETsheni locality. Fauna and flora must be protected and this will benefit the development of the area.
Ecotourism in the local communities
Better management
The key to the success of ecotourism in the ETsheni area is better implementation, monitoring and evaluation of this practice. In particular, in the place of ETsheni, there is a need for a system that takes into account all aspects of ecotourism, ranging from biophysical to social. To this end, more scientific studies should be conducted regarding the biodiversity of the parks, habitat and its disturbance, carrying capacity of parks, pollution, visitor numbers and other similar issues.
If this is possible in this area, local community members can become more aware of the role they have to play in the development of ecotourism. Similar studies regarding income generation and economic development activities resulting from ecotourism should also be conducted regularly to determine whether local economic growth is indeed occurring.
Increased Funding
Likewise, the government, in collaboration with various governmental and non-governmental agencies, must identify issues regarding ecotourism's impact on the cultural practices and lifestyles of local communities, in order to evaluate and hopefully prevent any negative consequences. If the system can be standardized, it can be justified on the grounds that it is largely the presence of foreign visitors that necessitates comprehensive site management. Such a structure would also be desirable as it would keep the entry costs low for local residents and thus also be able to enjoy the site's natural beauty.
Stricter standards
The communication problem would be even worse if there was no interpreter on the day of the visit of people from different departments. The ETsheni local community must get involved in the development of their locality. The only solution to avoid the communication barrier is to include interpretation, as was done in the meeting that was held earlier in the area.
Studies in several parts of the world have proven that where local communities are actively involved in ecotourism, there is a marked increase in living standards.
Development alternatives
Community-based Ecotourism
The sustainability of this training development program must be based on the promotion of local leaders and therefore the training of indigenous guides must be central to this part of the project. For ecotourism development to be successful, it is always important to consider the local community as your first preference. This is to say that the local community of the ETsheni area should have first preference in any development that takes place in their area.
Existing untarred roads in the ETsheni community need to be tarred and adapted and other paths to be built to provide activities for visiting tourists. In addition, an ecological analysis of the area must be prepared, and a database must be established to monitor the health of existing fauna and flora populations. This part of the project must be developed in recognition of the fact that tourism is sensitive to fluctuations in demand, which are beyond society's control.
The private sector role in ecotourism
One of the most advertising methods will be used to advertise the living cultural heritage. This task is the task that will be carried out by the elected members of the ETsheni community. It is important to have stakeholder analysis to identify the characteristics of the stakeholders in the project.
Therefore, all stakeholders will be connected in such a way that the development of the area will be successful. It is crucial to look at the objectives of the study and see how they will be achieved in the development process. For example, jobs will be created during the development of the area.
Products of Ecotourism
Publicity of the living heritage site
The development of ETsheni will be a great success, but provided that stakeholders are integrated in a way that meets the demands of the local community. It will be the task of the elected committee to ensure that everything runs smoothly at the heritage site. The development of the ETsheni area will integrate these stakeholders, but the local community, being the main stakeholder, will be my area of focus among these stakeholders.
Dlamini, one of the community members of ETsheni, revealed that people come to the rocks to perform their rituals. The first question of how the site of ETsheni will be developed is a main question of the study. This is one of the important goals; here it will be ensured that the development is maintained.
Management and Evaluation of a project
Research Methodology
He mentioned that they are aware of the importance of natural wealth and its importance for the residents of the local community. The people of ETsheni are willing to participate in helping to develop the place. These two leaders are responsible for running the place and it is their authority to accept any activity that takes place in the area.
I am glad to see that some of the community members are skilled in some ways. The research results of the study revealed that the place has a high unemployment rate. Infrastructure development for this place will be an important thing that will improve the standard of living of the local community members.

Description of the area
Peoples‟ feelings about the place
Development of the area
Therefore, it is important to note that nothing could be done in the area without the consent of the chief. If the boss were to say no to development, nothing could happen in the area. Infrastructure will improve the standard of living for community members living in the area.
It is important to note that these principles must be followed in a manner that is reasonable. The ETshen area will have long-term benefits in terms of the new infrastructural transformations that will take place in the area. Finally, adequate supporting infrastructure is the main thing to be done in the area.
Summary findings, recommendations and conclusions
The employment of ETshen's local community members will be of great benefit to the community as a whole. Question number four which is about the role the community will play in the development is the most important question. Some of the community members in this direction will be hired for such positions and this is one of the roles that the community will play.
It is important to know that with the introduction of infrastructure, there will be many opportunities for employment of members of the local community. While the site is being developed, it will be ensured that all the species found in the area will be protected. This can be done in small groups that will be selected from among the local community members of the ETsheni area.
