Step 1:Identify and select the problem
•The main aim of this step is to identify the problem and come up the solution of that problem, but identifying the problem is the difficulty part because people’s feelings are involved so the best way to identify the problem is to use the method that is called a STAR method and PDSA which means:
•Stop
•Think
•Act
•Review
•Plan
•Do
•Study
•Act
•Using this method makes it easy for you to identify the problem.
•Once the team has identified the problem they should be able to write down possible solutions then choose solutions that will successfully close and fix the problem.
Step 2: Analyze the problem
•Since you have identified the problem in step 1 now find out what is the cause of the problem.
•The aim here is to focus on everyones effort on finding the problem for the cause.
•Once the cause found the cause gather information and make the plan to fix it.
Step 3: Generate potential solutions
•In this step the group starts to form any possible solutions.
•Point out variations.
•Every group member suggest her /his suggestions, then at the end everyone should get time to suggestion so that everyone should understand.
Step 4: Select and plan the solution
•The aim here is to select the best solution to fix the problem.
•Factors like money, policies, rules ,time and people usually affect the solutions so the group must talk about those through.
•The group should know what would work the best then discuss it and come up with the best solution.

Step 5: Implement the solution
•Here you do and making sure that solution can be find to have data in the study.
Step 6: Evaluate the solution
•Here you test whether your solution is the best by asking questions and analysing the mistakes you have done.
•This is the analysis that improves the solution using information gathered
•After you have analysed the group can act upon the findings and the problem should be solved
