1 That the late filing of the respondent’s answering affidavit to the applicant’s application for leave to appeal be condoned;
2 That should the applicant oppose the granting of this application, it be ordered to pay the costs hereof;
3 That such further and/or alternative relief be afforded to the respondent as the Honourable Court may deem meet.
