3.7 Angkutan dan Komunikasi Transportation and Communication
Sektor ini mencakup kegiatan pengangkutan umum untuk barang dan penumpang, baik melalui darat, laut, sungai & danau, dan udara, termasuk jasa penunjang angkutan serta komunikasi dan jasa penunjang komunikasi.
This sector includes the activities of public transportation for goods and passengers, either by land, sea, rivers & lakes, and air, including transport and communications support services and communications support services.
3.7.1 Pengangkutan 3.7.1 Transportation
Pengangkutan di Kabupaten Wonosobo meliputi angkutan jalan raya dan terminal serta perparkiran. Sedangkan kereta api, angkutan laut, angkutan udara dan jalan tol tidak terdapat di daerah ini.
a. Angkutan Jalan Raya
Sub sektor ini meliputi kegiatan pengangkutan barang dan penumpang yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan angkutan umum, baik bermotor ataupun tidak bermotor, seperti bis, truk, colt, minibus, becak, dokar, pedati dan sebagainya.
Perkiraan NTB atas dasar harga berlaku didasarkan atas data jumlah armada angkutan umum dan penumpang wajib uji yang diperoleh dari laporan Data Penunjang Pendapatan Regional dan data dari Cabang Dinas LLAJR Kabupaten Wonosobo. Rata-rata output dan rasio biaya antara terhadap output per jenis kendaraan diperoleh dari hasil survei dan tabel I-O Indonesia tahun 1990 yang telah diupdate. Nilai produksi didapatkan dengan mengalikan jumlah armada dengan output per jenis kendaraan.
Sedangkan NTB atas dasar harga konstan 2000 untuk jenis kegiatan angkutan jalan raya didapatkan dengan cara revaluasi.

This sub sector includes goods and passenger transport activities carried out by public transport companies, whether motorized or not motorized, such as buses, trucks, colt, mini buses, rickshaws, buggy carts, rickshaws etc.
Estimated Gross Value Added at current prices is based on data on the number of public transport fleet and passengers are required to test reports obtained from the Regional Income Support Data and data from the Branch Office of Highway Traffic Wonosobo regency. Average cost ratio between output and on output per type of vehicle were obtained from surveys and Indonesian IO table that was updated in 1990. The production value is obtained by multiplying the number of buses with output per type of vehicle.
While the Gross Value Added at constant prices in 2000 for the type of road freight activity gained by way of revaluation.

b. Terminal dan Perparkiran
Kegiatan ini mencakup pemberian pelayanan dan pengaturan lalu lintas kendaraan/armada yang membongkar atau mengisi muatan, baik barang maupun penumpang seperti kegiatan penumpang dan parkir, sedangkan untuk pelabuhan laut, pelabuhan udara dan sungai di Kabupaten Wonosobo tidak ada. Data rata-rata output per indikator produksi serta biaya diperoleh dari Survei Khusus Pendapatan Regional, sedangkan untuk data produksi dioeroleh dari Data Penunjang Pendapatan Regional dan dari Cabang Dinas LLAJR Kabupaten Wonosobo.
NTB yang diperoleh dengan mengurangkan biaya antara terhadap nilai produksinya. Sedangkan untuk penghitungan atas dasar harga konstan 2000 dengan menggunakan metode ekstrapolasi.
b. Terminal and Parking

Meliputi pemberian jasa pos dan giro seperti pengiriman surat, wesel, paket, jasa giro, jasa tabungan dan sebagainya. NTB atas dasar harga berlaku didasarkan pada data produksi seperti jumlah surat yang dikirimkan, barang yang dipaketkan, tabungan dan sebagainya serta struktur biaya yang diperoleh dari laporan Kantor Pos dan Giro Indonesia (Persero) Kabupaten Wonosobo. Perkiraan NTB atas dasar harga konstan 2000 dilakukan dengan cara deflasi dengan deflator Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) umum.
