3.9.2 Jasa Swasta Private Service
Sub sektor ini meliputi seluruh kegiatan ekonomi jasa-jasa yang dikelola oleh pihak swasta. Kegiatan yang dicakup meliputi jasa sosial dan kemasyarakatan, jasa hiburan dan rekreasi serta jasa perorangan dan rumah tangga.
NTB diperoleh dengan menambahkan nilai penyusutan serta pajak tidak langsung neto terhadap nilai tambah neto.
NTB atas dasar harga konstan 2000 diperoleh dengan cara pendekatan pendapatan, yaitu menilai harga pada tahun berlaku dengan harga pada tahun dasar 2000.

Jasa Sosial dan Kemasyarakatan Meliputi jasa pendidikan, jasa kesehatan, serta jasa kemasyarakatan lainnya seperti panti asuhan, panti wreda, yayasan pemeliharaan anak cacat, rumah ibadah dan sebagainya, terbatas pada yang dikelola oleh swasta. Penghitungan nilai produksi dan NTB jasa kemasyarakatan diperoleh dari laporan Data Penunjang Pendapatan Regional Kabupaten Wonosobo. NTB atas dasar harga konstan 1993 diperoleh dengan mendeflate NTB atas dasar harga berlaku dengan IHK kelompok barang dan jasa.
a. Social and Community Service

b. Jasa Hiburan dan Rekreasi
Kegiatan ini meliputi jasa bioskop, radio, kolam renang, taman hiburan dan sebagainya. Output bioskop, kolam renang dan taman hiburan atas dasar harga berlaku dihitung dengan metode pendekatan produksi, yaitu mengalikan banyaknya penonton dengan rata-rata tarif per penonton. Struktur biaya diperoleh dari tabel I-O Indonesia tahun 1990 yang diupdate, sedangkan NTB atas dasar harga konstan 1993 menggunakan cara ekstrapolasi dengan indeks jumlah pengunjung sebagai indikator penggerak. Output atas dasar harga berlaku untuk radio didapatkan dengan mengalikan jumlah iklan dengan rata-rata tarif iklan (metode pendekatan produksi). NTB atas dasar harga berlaku merupakan hasil pengurangan biaya antara terhadap output. Struktur biaya antara diperoleh dari tabel I-O Indonesia tahun 1990 yang telah diupdate. Sedangkan NTB atas dasar harga konstan dengan mendeflate NTB atas dasar harga berlaku dengan IHK kelompok aneka barang dan jasa.
b. Amusement and Recreation
These activities include cinema services, radio, swimming pools, amusement parks and so forth. b. Jasa Perorangan dan Rumah tangga
Sub sektor ini mencakup jasa perbengkelan (bengkel sepeda, sepeda motor, mobil), reparasi (radio, televisi, arloji, dll), jasa perorangan (tukang cukur, tukang jahit, tukang patri, rias pengantin, salon kecantikan, dll) dan pembantu rumahtangga. Data produksi/indikator produksi dan data harga /indikator harga diperoleh dari laporan Data Penunjang Pendapatan Regional Income Kabupaten Wonosobo dan SKPR. Untuk tahun yang tidak dilakukan survei, rata-rata output per indikator digerakan dengan IHK aneka barang dan jasa. Hasil perkalian produksi atau indikator produksi dengan harga/indikator harga merupakan besarnya output. Struktur biaya antara dan NTB diperoleh dari Tabel I-O Indonesia tahun 1990 yang diupdate. NTB atas dasar konstan diperoleh dengan cara deflasi dan sebagai deflatornya adalah IHK kelompok aneka barang dan jasa.
b. Personal and Household Services This sub sector includes workshops (workshops bicycle, motorcycle, car), repair (radio, television, watch, etc.), personal services (barbers, tailors, carpenters solder, bridal makeup, beauty salon, etc.) and household helpers .
