LEMBAR PENJELASAN KEPADA CALON SUBJEK PENELITIAN Selamat pagi/siang Bapak, pada hari ini, saya, dr. Roni Risdianto Ginting akan melakukan penelitian yang berjudul Hubungan keparahan Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK) stabil dengan Disfungsi Ereksi . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan derajat keparahan Penyakit Paru Bapak dengan tingkat gangguan fungsi ereksi Bapak. Manfaatnya adalah untuk melihat bagaimana keparahan penyakit paru Bapak dalam hubungannya dengan fungsi seksual Bapak, sehingga dapat memperbaiki penanganan dan terapi lanjutan bagi Bapak.
Pada Bapak yang bersedia mengikuti penelitian ini nantinya akan diharuskan mengisi surat persetujuan ikut dalam penelitian, wawancara mengenai penyakit yang dialami, dan dilakukan pemeriksaan fisik secara menyeluruh. Bapak nantinya akan diminta untuk melakukan pemeriksaan spirometri dengan cara meniup alat yang nanti akan saya sediakan dan akan saya jelaskan kepada Bapak saat akan melaksanakan pemeriksaan nanti. Kemudian Bapak akan saya lakukan wawancara secara pribadi untuk mengisi kuesioner penilaian fungsi ereksi bapak. Biaya pemeriksaan akan ditanggung oleh saya, peneliti sendiri, tanpa dibebankan kepada Bapak.
