Untuk m ewuj udkan visi dan m isi Bank Jabar Banten, serta m eningkatkan kualitas dan profesionalism e sum ber daya m anusia yang berkom petensi dan m em iliki integritas yang tinggi, Bank Jabar Banten secara terus m enerus m enj alankan program pengem bangan sum ber daya m anusia m elalui proses pem belaj aran antara lain dengan m enyelenggarakan berbagai pendidikan, pelatihan dan workshop, baik secara internal m aupun bekerj asam a dengan pihak eks- ternal, di dalam negeri dan di luar negeri.

Pelat ihan Dasar Bagi Asist en yang dilaksanakan di I nt ern

Pelatihan dasar yang diberikan kepada seluruh asisten m eliputi m ateri Pengenalan Perbankan, Analisis Kredit Tingkat Dasar, Akuntansi Bank Tingkat Dasar, Pengetahuan Produk dan Jasa Bank, serta Pelatihan Dasar perbankan Syariah.

Materi Pelatihan Keahlian Bagi Asisten terdiri atas hal- hal yang berkaitan angsung dengan bisnis perbankan seperti: Trade Finance, Basic Treasury, Basic ALMA, Service Exel- lence, Selling Sklill, Pelatihan Teller, Account Offi cer, Supervisi Kredit, Kredit Sindikasi, Prinsip Pengenalan Nasabah, Hukum Per- bankan, Sistem dan Manaj em en Perbankan, Manaj em en Kearsipan, Pengetahuan

Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan ini dilaksana- kan bekerj asam a dengan perusahaan m aupun institusi yang berkom penten dalam bidang operasional dan Manaj em en Perbankan antara lain Analisa Laporan Keuangan, Planning & Budgetting Legal Aspect Banking, Alm a, Selling & Negotiating Skill for Manager, Leadership & Managerial, Trade Finance for Manager, Bank Strategic Managem ent, Manaj em en Perkreditan, Manaj em en SDM, Training for Trainers, dan Manaj em en Pra Purnabakti.

Bank Jabar Banten secara berkala m engikut sertakan karyawannya pada publik course, sem inar, workshop di tingkat regional dan international. I ni m erupakan langkah perusahaan untuk m eng- up date kualitas dan kom petensi SDM agar m em iliki standar terbaik.

Selam a tahun 2008 j um lah karyawan yang telah m engikuti pendidikan dan Pelatihan adalah sebanyak 5.667 orang.
