Bapak Jeffry Sanusi Soedargo menjabat sebagai Presiden Direktur Perseroan untuk pertama kalinya berdasarkan hasil keputusan RUPST pada tahun 2000 dan diangkat kembali berdasarkan keputusan RUPST tahun 2002, 2006, dan 2010.
Saat ini beliau masih tetap menjabat sebagai Presiden Direktur Perseroan berdasarkan keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan tanggal 25 Juni 2014.
Warga Negara Indonesia, lahir tahun 1953. Menyelesaikan pendidikannya di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Trisaksti pada tahun 1979. Memulai karirnya di Dharmala Group dan setelah berkecimpung di beberapa divisi antara lain perdagangan komoditas, umum, perakitan sepeda motor, loging dan konstruksi, diangkat menjadi Managing Director di Divisi Konstruksi dan Umum pada tahun 1981 hingga memisahkan diri untuk bergabung dengan kelompok usaha Prasidha di tahun 1984 sebagai Senior Executive Vice President. Menjadi Wakil Presiden Direktur Perseroan sejak Mei 1994 dan mulai tahun 2000 menjadi Presiden Direktur sampai dengan saat ini.

Indonesian citizen, born in 1953. Mr. Jeffry completed his education at Faculty of Economic Trisakti University in 1979. Started his career at Dharmala Group and after engaged in several divisions such as commodity trading, general, motorcycle assembling, logging, and construction, appointed as Managing Director at the General and Construction Division in 1981 until he resigned to join Prasidha Business Group in 1984 as Senior Executive Vice President. Mr. Jeffry served as Vice President Director of the Company since May 1994, and commenced in 2000 became President Director until present.

Mulai Juni 2000 diangkat menjadi Wakil Presiden Direktur Perseroan.

Pada tahun 1984 almarhum ayahnya menjadi salah satu pendiri Kelompok Usaha Prasidha dan H. Sjamsul Bachri Uding menjadi Senior Vice President. Saat ini juga menjabat sebagai Direktur Utama PT Indoarabica Mangkuraja sejak bulan Mei 1994. Beliau juga menjabat sebagai Komisaris PT Aneka Coffee Industry sejak 1996.

Memulai karir sebagai Auditor di Kantor Akuntan Publik Drs. Prasetio, Utomo dan Co, dari tahun 1964 hingga tahun 1967 dan menjadi konsultan manajemen dari tahun 1967 hingga tahun 1972. Bergabung dalam kelompok usaha Prasidha di tahun 1984 sebagai Senior Vice President dan menjadi Direktur Perseroan sejak bulan Mei 1994. Saat ini juga menjabat sebagai Wakil Presiden Direktur PT Aneka Coffee Industry.

Mr. Budi began his career as Auditor at the Public Accounting Firm of Drs. Prasetio, Utomo, and Co. from 1964 to 1967, and became a management consultant from 1967 up to 1972. Joined Prasidha Business Group in 1984 as Senior Vice President and became the Director of the Company since May 1994. Presently he also serves as Vice President Director of PT Aneka Coffee Industry.

Pada bulan Juli 1984 mulai bekerja di Prasidha Group dan sejak tahun 1994 diangkat sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan PT Prasidha Aneka Niaga Tbk sampai sekarang.
