peningkatan kualiikasi karyawan melalui Annual Training Program 2016 dengan mengacu kepada Personal Competency Manual (PCM) dan GMF Career System selaras dengan target capability dan capacity yang telah ditetapkan Rencana Jangka Panjang Perusahaan (RJPP). In 2016, GMF also conducted a training activity in form of a training mandatory, i.e. training required based on the functions and work scope of the personnel who support employees’ competence development, including:
Sebagai bentuk capture, store dan share knowledge, rutin dilaksanakan sharing session di setiap Dinas sebanyak minimal dua sharing dan minimal dua artikel yang di share. Pada tahun 2016, sebanyak 927 sharing session dengan narasumber dari dalam dan luar Perusahaan, serta artikel yang di share sebanyak 710 artikel. GMF juga telah mengembangkan kembali Knowledge Management Portal sebagai Knowledge Resource Center dalam rangka penguatan Knowledge Management dengan format dan tampilan baru.
Pada tahun 2016, juga kembali dilaksanakan GMF AeroAsia Innovation & Improvement Award (GAIN Award) untuk meningkatkan budaya inovasi, safety, productivity,
eficiency, dan proitability dengan total hadiah sebesar
Rp300 juta.

Selain itu untuk memperkuat kompetensi karyawan di bidang MRO, telah dilaksanakan Training MRO Finance sebanyak delapan batch dan MRO Management sebanyak dua batch yang semuanya dilaksanakan secara mandiri. Untuk mempersiapkan leader di GMF, telah dilakukan juga Training Emerging Leardership Program sebanyak enam batch (untuk Level Manager) dan Operational Leadership Program sebanyak satu batch (untuk Level General Manager).
Selain pelatihan-pelatihan terkait peningkatan kompetensi karyawan di bidang MRO, pada tahun 2016 GMF juga memberikan pelatihan kepada security/ petugas keamanan yang berstatus karyawan tetap yaitu pelatihan Aviation Security (AVSEC) yang dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu: (1) Training Junior Senior AVSEC pada tanggal 15 Desember 2016 dengan jumlah peserta yang mengikut pelatihan sebanyak 12 Personil Senior dan 26 Junior AVSEC; (2) Training Service Excellent pada tanggal 19 Oktober 2016 dengan jumlah peserta yang mengikut pelatihan sebanyak 210 Personil. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mencegah risiko yang timbul dari

In 2016, 927 sharing sessions with internal and external sources were held, and 710 articles were shared. GMF has also redeveloped Knowledge Management Portal as the Knowledge Resource Center in order to strengthen the Knowledge Management with new format and outlook.
In 2016, GMF also organized AeroAsia Innovation & Improvement Award (GAIN Award) to improve the culture of innovation culture, safety, productivity,
eficiency, and proitability with a total prize of Rp300
million.
In addition, to strengthen employees’ competence in MRO sectors, eight batches of Training MRO Finance and two batches of MRO Management were conducted independently. To prepare the leaders in GMF, six batched of Training Emerging Leadership Program (for Manager Level) and one batch of Operational Leadership Program (for General Manager Level) were conducted.
Part from trainings related to employees’ competence improvement in MRO sectors, in 2016 GMF also
conducted a training for security oficers with
permanent employee status i.e Aviation Security (AVSEC) is categorized into two categories, i.e.: (1) AVSEC Junior Senior Training on December 15th, 2016, attended by 12 Senior personnel and 26 Junior Personnel of AVSEC as participants; (2) Training Service Excellent on October 19th, 2016, with participants in the amount of 210 personnel. This training was intended to prevent the risks emerged from inappropriate actions or
