Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan Environmental Management System

Sejak tahun 2013, GMF telah meraih sertiikat ISO

14001:2004 tentang Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan (SML), setelah melalui proses audit pengelolaan lingkungan. Sebagai kebijakan strategis Perusahaan,

sertiikasi ISO 14001:2004 diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak signiikan dan mendukung

rencana Perusahaan untuk go public. Hal ini dikarenakan untuk menjadi perusahaan terbuka, tidak hanya masalah

kinerja inansial, tetapi juga beberapa aspek pengelolaan

lingkungan menjadi faktor utama penilaian.

ISO 14001:2004 merupakan standar internasional yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan lingkungan untuk membantu meminimalkan pengaruh negatif kegiatan operasional Perusahaan terhadap lingkungan. Sistem ini juga menjadi bagian integral dari sistem manajemen Perusahaan secara keseluruhan yang meliputi struktur organisasi, tanggung jawab, prosedur, proses, serta sumber daya dalam mewujudkan kebijakan lingkungan.

As an effort to avoid negative impacts towards the environment, GMF has also conducted an assessment of suppliers which will collaborate with the Company by using the environmental criteria (Environment Commitment, Procedures in Managing Toxic and Hazardous Material and Waste, Training, etc.). In 2016, there were 220 new suppliers selected through those environmental criteria. [G4-EN32]

GMF has a procedure to manage goods and services (HSE 5-05) which regulates the management of procurement of goods and services through pre-

qualiication process, suppliers’ compliance to GMF’s

requirements, as well as evaluation of the suppliers in conducting their work. In the process to conduct their work, suppliers’ violation against a rule shall result in an oral reminder to written warning towards the stakeholders which may affect the evaluation of the suppliers for the process of procurement of goods and services in the following year. Thanks to all those efforts, in 2016, GMF has not received any complaint

related to environment issues, nor any ine or monetary

sanction caused by non-compliance to the environment regulations. [G4-DMA, G4-EN29, G4-EN34]

Since 2013, GMF has obtained ISO 14001:2004

certiicate on Environment Management System (SML),

having gone through an environment management audit process. As a strategic policy of the Company, ISO

14001:2004 certiication is expected to give a signiicant

impact and to support the plan of the Company to go public. In order to be an open company, the main

evaluation factors do not consist only of its inancial

performance, but also include several environment management aspects.

ISO 14001:2004 is an international standard related to the environment management to help minimize negative impacts of the Company operational activities towards the environment. This system is also an integral part of the overall Company management system which covers its organizational structure, responsibilities, procedures, processes, and resources in creating an environment policy.

Management and Conservation

Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan GMF selama tahun 2016 adalah sebagai berikut:[G4-DMA] 1. Menaati peraturan, perundangan dan persyaratan

lainnya yang berlaku terkait lingkungan dengan melaksanakan pengelolaan limbah serta mengevaluasi penaatan peraturan tersebut untuk selanjutnya dilakukan penilaian/pengukuran secara berkala untuk melihat keberhasilannya. 2. Melakukan pemantauan lingkungan dengan

melakukan pengujian kualitas air Industrial Waste Water Treatment dengan memeriksakan kepada laboratorium terstandarisasi pada setiap bulan dan melakukan pengukuran kualitas udara lingkungan kerja setiap semester.

3. Melakukan pengenalan Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan kepada karyawan baru (orientation training).

4. Mengkomunikasikan penerapan Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan ke seluruh insan profesional GMF.

5. Melaksanakan sharing session terkait Lingkungan di unit Furnishing & Upholstery Services, Logistic and Bonded Services, dan pihak ketiga terkait lainnya. 6. Melaksanakan audit internal Sistem Manajemen

Lingkungan untuk Accounting, Business Strategy, Human Capital Management, Internal Audit, Marketing & Business Development, Corporate Secretary, Quality

Assurance and Safety, dan Treasury Management.

7. Melakukan pemantauan dan pengukuran lingkungan semesteran dengan menguji kualitas udara ambient, kualitas udara pada ruang kerja, serta emisi boiler dan genset dengan laboratorium terstandarisasi.

8. Mengevaluasi aspek dan dampak lingkungan dari seluruh kegiatan yang dilakukan di GMF.

9. Melaksanakan penilaian implementasi program 5R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Replace, Replant) diseluruh area GMF yang dilakukan oleh Tim 5R yang terdiri dari perwakilan masing-masing Dinas.

10. Melakukan program 5R corporate dengan pelaksanaan progress report mingguan.

11. Melaporkan RKL-RPL (Rencana Pengelolaan Lingkungan dan Rencana Pemantauan Lingkungan) kepada BLH Kota Tangerang dan Provinsi Banten.

The application of GMF Environmental Management System in 2016 is as follows: [G4-DMA]

1. Adhering to the prevailing environment-related regulations, laws, and other requirements by conducting a waste management and evaluating the structuring of the regulation to further have periodical assessment/measurement to monitor its effectiveness.

2. Monitoring the environment by conducting an Industrial Waste Water Treatment quality testing by taking it to a standardized laboratory every month and conducting the work environment air quality measurement in every semester.

3. Introducing the Environment Management System to new employees (orientation training).

4. Communicating the implementation of the Environment Management System to all of the professionals in GMF.

5. Conducting a sharing session related to Environment in Furnishing & Upholstery Services unit, Logistic and Bonded Services unit, and other related third parties.

6. Conducting an Environment Management System internal audit for Accounting, Business Strategy, Human Capital Management, Internal Audit, Marketing & Business Development, Corporate Secretary, Quality Assurance and Safety, and Treasury Management.

7. Monitoring and measuring the environment each semester by testing the ambient air quality, air quality in the working rooms, as well as boiler and generator emission with a standardized laboratory.

8. Evaluating environment aspects and impacts of all activities conducted in GMF.

9. Assessing the implementation of 5R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Replace, Replant) program in all areas of GMF by 5R Team which consists of representatives from each Unit.

10. Conducting the 5R corporate program with weekly progress report.

11. Reporting RKL-RPL (Environment Management Plan and Environment Monitoring Plan) to the Tangerang City and Banten Province Environmental Agency (BLH).
