Berdasarkan Akta Risalah Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT Sunset Studio One No. 134 tanggal 28 April 2017 yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris Suwarni Sukiman, SH, PT tanggal 28 April 2017 masing-masing adalah sebesar Rp 240.000.000 dan Rp 0 termasuk bagian dari harga yang dibayarkan yang merupakan kas sebesar Rp 240.000.000.
Berdasarkan Akta RUPSLB PT Sunset Studio One No. 179 tanggal 29 Maret 2018 yang dibuat oleh Notaris Suwarni Sukiman, SH, PT Studio One membeli saham Ibu Rebecca Wahjutirto Tanoyo di PT Sunset Studio One sebanyak 99 saham atau sebesar Rp 99.000.000, sehingga kepemilikan PT Studio One menjadi 99,99%.

The total of non-controlling interest in the acquiree was 0.40% and 40.00% or amounting to (Rp 95,000,000) and (Rp 96,000,000) as of December 31, 2018 and 2017, respectively.
PT Studio One, Subsidiary decreased the value of goodwill amounting to Rp 4,000,000 and Rp 4,000,000 and recorded it in the Consolidated Statements of Profit or Loss and Other Comprehensive Income for the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017, respectively.
