1. Tikno Sutisna, Direktur Utama
Pria kelahiran Tasikmalaya, 27 Oktober 1960 ini adalah sarjana lulusan Teknik Mesin Institut Teknologi Bandung tahun 1985, dan memperoleh gelar Master of Business Administration (MBA) dalam bidang Manajemen Teknologi dari Institut Teknologi Bandung tahun 1994. Sebelum menjabat Direktur Operasi dan Teknik PT INTI pada tahun 2009, penggemar golf ini pernah menjabat sebagai Manajer Rekayasa Produksi tahun 1996, Kepala Strategic Business Unit of Mobile Communication Network (MCN) tahun 2001-2003, Kepala Divisi Jaringan Telekomunikasi Seluler (JTS) tahun 2004-2006, Kepala Divisi Jaringan Telekomunikasi Private (JTP) tahun 2006-2007 dan Kepala Divisi Pusat Pengembangan Bisnis dan Produk tahun 2007-2008. Tikno Sutisna sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Direktur Corporate Services di PT INTI.

The man who was born in Tasikmalaya, October 27, 1960, is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of Bandung Institute of Technology in 1985, and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Technology Management from
Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1994. Before becoming Director of Operations and Engineering PT INTI in 2009, he is the golf enthusiast who has served as Production Engineering Manager in 1996, Head of Strategic Business Units of Mobile Communication Network (MCN) 2001-2003, Head of Mobile Telecommunication Network (JTS) in 2004-2006, Head of Private Telecommunication Network (JTP) in 2006-2007 and Head of the Division of Business and Product Development Center in 2007-2008. Tikno Sutisna previously served as Director of Corporate Services at PT INTI.
2. Dayu Padmara Rengganis, Director of Corporate Services
Dayu P. Rengganis born in Yogyakarta, July 20, 1958. Bachelor of Laws graduate of the University of Indonesia and holds a Master of Law from Padjadjaran University in 2008 and in 2013, holds doctoral in the field of of Law from University of Padjajaran. Dayu joined INTI since 2009 as Director of Human Resources and General. Before entering INTI, the mother of three children; was holds several strategic positions in several companies, including PT Gratika Assistant Manager, General Manager PT Surveyor Indonesia, Commissioner of PT Indosat Multimedia Mobile (IM3 ), and Commissioner of PT Satelindo, General Manager Business Relations Domestic PT Indosat, Senior Vice President of Regulatory PT Indosat, and Group Head of Regulatory PT Indosat. Important tasks ever handled, among others, to be a liaison between Indosat and BRTI - Badan Regulasi Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Indonesian Telecommunications Regulatory Body) and the Director General of Post and Telecommunication.
2. Dayu Padmara Rengganis, Direktur Corporate Services
Dayu P. Rengganis lahir di Yogyakarta, 20 Juli 1958. Sarjana Hukum lulusan Universitas Indonesia dan meraih gelar Magister Hukum dari Universitas Padjajaran tahun 2008 dan pada tahun 2013 telah meraih gelar Doktor di bidang Ilmu Hukum dari Universitas Padjajaran. Dayu bergabung dengan INTI sejak 2009 sebagai Direktur SDM dan Umum. Sebelum memasuki INTI, ibu tiga orang anak ini pernah menyandang beberapa posisi strategis di beberapa perusahaan, termasuk Asisten Manajer PT Gratika, Manajer Umum PT Surveyor Indonesia, Komisaris PT Indosat Multimedia Mobile (IM3), dan Komisaris PT Satelindo, General Manager Hubungan Bisnis Dalam Negeri PT Indosat, Senior Vice President Regulatory PT Indosat, dan Group Head Regulatory PT Indosat. Tugas-tugas penting yang pernah ditanganinya antara lain menjadi penghubung antara Indosat dengan BRTI (Badan Regulasi Telekomunikasi Indonesia) dan Dirjen Postel.

Andy K. Saputra adalah seorang profesional yang telah berpengalaman lebih dari 25 tahun bekerja dalam berbagai bidang pekerjaan, meliputi industri IT, farmasi, pertambangan, investasi dan agroindustri. Lahir di Magelang, 12 September 1958, Andy adalah Sarjana Teknik Elektro lulusan Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November tahun 1983 dan menyelesaikan program MBA (non-degree) dari International European University (IEU) Jakarta tahun 1992. Penggemar olahraga renang, fitness dan golf ini bergabung di PT INTI sebagai Direktur Keuangan pada tahun 2009. Sebelumnya menduduki beberapa jabatan penting di perusahaan lain. Mengawali karir di PT USI/IBM Indonesia dan posisi terakhir sebagai Direktur Operasi & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) PT MIP IBM Joint Venture Company, dan PT LinkNet/Lippostar (penyedia jasa internet) 2000-2001 serta PT Titan Mining Group.
4. Adiaris, Direktur Operasi dan Teknik
Lahir di Batang Serangan, sebuah kecamatan di Kabupaten Langkat, Sumatera Utara, 12 Maret 1967, Adiaris adalah Sarjana Elektronika lulusan Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya tahun 1993. Adiaris mulai meniti karir di PT INTI pada tahun 1993, hingga akhirnya menjabat Direktur Pemasaran pada tahun 2009. Sebelumnya Adiaris pernah menjabat Manajer Sales Engineering Divisi Fixed Network Access tahun 2001 – 2003, Manajer Engineering Divisi Jaringan Telekomunikasi Tetap (JTT) tahun 2004-2005, Deputi Kadiv JTT tahun 2006, dan Kepala Divisi JTT tahun 2007. Beberapa pelatihan yang pernah diikutinya antara lain Teknik Negosiasi dalam Bisnis (LPPM), Strategi Pemasaran Efektif (STMPM) dan JTEC Marketing Training (JTEC Pty Ltd, Australia)
3. Andy K. Saputra, Director of Finance
Andy K. Saputra is a professional who has more than 25 years working in various fields of work, including the IT industry, pharmaceutical, mining, investment and agro-industry. Born in Magelang, 12 September 1958, Andy is a graduate of Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Institute of Technology in 1983 and completed the MBA program (non-degree) of the International European University (ieu) Jakarta in 1992. He is a sports enthusiasts swimming, fitness and golf who joined with PT INTI as Director of Finance in 2009. Previously held several important positions in other companies. He began his career at PT USI / IBM Indonesia and last position as Director of Operations & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) PT MIP IBM Joint Venture Company, and PT LinkNet / Lippostar (internet service provider) from 2000 to 2001 and PT Titan Mining Group.

Adiaris, Director of Operation and Technic Born in Batang Serangan, Langkat, North Sumatra, March 12, 1967, he is an Electronics Engineer graduate Sepuluh November Institute of Technology, Surabaya in 1993. Adiaris began to pursue a career in PT INTI in 1993, and eventually served as Director of Marketing in 2009. Previously he served Engineering Sales Manager for Division of Fixed Network Access in 2001- 2003, Engineering Manager for Division of Fixed Telecommunication Network (JTT) in 2004-2005, Deputy Head of the JTT in 2006, and Chief Division of JTT in 2007. Some of the training he have ever attended are Negotiation Techniques in Business (LPPM), Effective Marketing Strategies (STMPM) and JTEC Marketing Training
