Peduli Kesehatan (Care Health)

Program Care Health merupakan bentuk kepedulian dan partisipasi INTA dalam meningkatkan kesehatan, khususnya bagi masyarakat di sekitar wilayah operasional INTA. Berbagai kegiatan dalam program Care Health antara lain, memberi bantuan pada rumah sakit, mendukung proses pembangunan Rumah Indonesia Sehat, pemberian pengobatan gratis, penyemprotan demam berdarah, penyelenggaraan donor darah yang bekerjasama dengan PMI, khitanan massal, dan sebagainya.

Peduli Sosial Komunitas (Care Social Community)

INTA mendukung masyarakat dan komunitas yang berada di wilayah operasional Perseroan dalam melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan positif. Dalam melaksanakan program Care Social Community ini, perusahaan juga bekerjasama dengan pihak ketiga yang kompeten di bidangnya. Beberapa kegiatan program Care Social Community antara lain bakti sosial, pembagian sembako, pemberian bantuan alat olahraga, bantuan pengadaan perpustakaan untuk anak jalanan, acara buka puasa bersama, bina lingkungan, dan lain-lain.

Peduli Lingkungan (Care Green)

Program Care Green merupakan bentuk kepedulian Perseroan dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan sehingga dapat menciptakan kualitas hidup lebih baik. Berbagai kegiatan dalam program Care Green antara lain penanaman pohon, pengolahan limbah, gotong-royong membersihkan lingkungan warga, dan lain-lain.

Sepanjang 2015, INTA mengalokasikan dana Perseroan sebesar Rp69.674.050 untuk program CSR. Dana ini lebih kecil dari tahun sebelumnya di 2014 sebesar Rp463.688.660. Hal ini menunjukkan besarnya komitmen kepedulian INTA terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan. Dana tersebut digunakan untuk melakukan berbagai kegiatan sosial, mulai dari di bidang kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja karyawan, keagamaan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, pendidikan, serta peningkatan mutu lingkungan. Berikut kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial INTA yang dilaksanakan sepanjang tahun lalu :

Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3)

Sejak awal pendirian, INTA melihat karyawan sebagai salah satu pemangku kepentingan yang penting. Untuk itu, faktor kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja sangat diperhatikan dan dipastikan berjalan dengan optimal dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan sehari-hari baik di kantor pusat maupun seluruh kantor operasional anak perusahaan.

Program Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) dilaksanakan INTA secara berkelanjutan melalui pelatihan kepada karyawan, perapkan cara kerja sesuai standar

Care Health

The Health Care Program is also INTA’s concern and participation to improve health, especially for people around the operational area of INTA. Various activities of the Health Care program include providing assistance to hospitals, supporting the development process of Rumah Indonesia Sehat, providing free medication, anti-dengue fever spraying, organizing blood donations in cooperation with the Indonesian Red Cross, mass circumcision, and so on

Care Social Community

INTA supports people and communities in the Company’s operational area to carry out various positive activities. In implementing the Social Community Care program, the company is also collaborating with third parties who are competent in their fields. Some Social Community Care program activities include social events, distribution of groceries, provision of sports equipment, procurement of library assistance for street children, break fasting together, environmental development, and others.

Care Green

The Green Care program is a concern of the Company in preserving the environment so as to create a better quality of life. Various activities in the Green Care program include tree planting, waste management, mutual help between residents to clean up the environment, and others.

Throughout 2015, INTA allocated Rp69.674.050 to the CSR program. The funds were smaller than the previous year (2014) of Rp463,688,660. This shows INTA’s commitment to the well being of the community and environment. The funds are used to perform a variety of social activities, ranging from health to job safety of employees, religious affairs, community development, education, and the improvement of environmental quality. Here are INTA’s social responsibility activities performed during the past year:

Occupational Health and Safety (K3)

Since its inception, INTA has considered employees as one of its important stakeholders. To that end, health and safety factors have become a great concern and ensured to run optimally in the implementation of daily work both in head office and operational offices of all subsidiaries.

The Occupational Health and Safety program is implemented by INTA on an ongoing basis through training for employees, the application of work procedures according to the

operational prosedur (SOP) yang telah dibuat untuk menghindari kecelakan kerja. Selain itu, INTA secara rutin mengadakan rapat sosialisasi tentang K3 yang dilikuti oleh seluruh karyawan. Dengan demikian, karyawan mengetahui apa yang harus dilakukan jika terjadi risiko atau bahaya saat bekerja.

INTA memastikan bahwa program keselamatan kerja serta perlindungan kesehatan bagi karyawan telah sesuai dengan aturan dan perundangan yang berlaku. INTA pun melakukan pengawasan seluruh program Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja yang diimplementasikan oleh seluruh karyawan di setiap jenjang organisasi.

Perseroan mengevaluasi sistem keamanan kerja secara berkala untuk meninjau prosedur pelaksanaan standar keamanan kerja dan mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya serta risiko yang mungkin terjadi selama kegiatan operasional berlangsung. Jika ditemukan potensi bahaya yang baru, maka INTA akan meningkatkan prosedur keamanan demi mencegah kecelakaan.

Praktik pedoman K3 yang diterapkan INTA ini sejalan dengan kebutuhan karyawan dengan tujuan meminimalisir kesalahan serta optimalisasi dari setiap kegiatan operasional Perseroan.

Perlindungan Konsumen

Konsep bisnis INTA yaitu menyediakan layanan solusi total menjadikan kepuasan konsumen sebagai landasan utama bagi Perseroan dalam menjalankan usaha. Dengan demikian, menjaga kepercayaan konsumen mutlak dilakukan INTA tentunya dengan pelayanan yang optimal yakni memberikan solusi terbaik dengan mendengarkan dan memahami kebutuhan konsumen. Jalinan komunikasi yang baik antara Perseroan dengan konsumen inilah yang menjadi fondasi penting dalam menjalin hubungan usaha yang berkelanjutan.

Bermacam kegiatan pun dilakukan terkait perlindungan konsumen, antara lain acara customer gathering, product clinic, serta mengikuti pameran. Melalui acara tersebut, INTA berharap informasi terkait produk dan layanan INTA dapat disampaikan dengan tepat pada konsumen maupun calon konsumen, sekaligus mempererat komunikasi antara pelanggan dengan Perseroan.

Berikut ialah kegiatan terkait konsumen yang diadakan tahun 2015 :

1. PT Intraco Penta Prima Servis (IPPS) menggelar Infrastruktur Roadshow di Tanjung, Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan pada Kamis, 9 April 2015.

Pengembangan Masyarakat

Keberhasilan Perseroan dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnis tak terlepas dari dungkungan lingkungan sekitar. Untuk itu, INTA senantiasa berbagi kontribusi positif bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar Perseroan.

INTA ensures that the occupational health and safety program for employees is in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. INTA is also supervising the entire Occupational Health and Safety program carried out by all employees at every level of the organization.

The Company evaluates the work safety system periodically to review the implementation of work security standard procedures and identify potential hazards and risks that may occur during operational activities. If new potential danger is found, INTA will improve security procedures to prevent possible accidents.

The K3 guidelines are applied in line with the needs of employees with the aim to minimize errors and optimization of operational activities of the Company.

Consumer Protection

INTA’s business concept is to provide total solution services for customer satisfaction as the primary basis of the Company in running the business. Thus, maintaining consumer confidence should absolutely be done and of course with optimal services that can provide the best solutions through listening to and understanding the needs of consumers. Excellent communications between the Company and consumers is an important aspect of business relationship continuity.

Various activities have been undertaken related to consumer protection, among others, customer gathering events, product clinic, as well as exhibitions. Through such events, INTA hopes that all information related to products and services can be delivered appropriately to existing and potential consumers, as well as strengthening communications between customers and the Company. Here are consumer related activities held in 2015:

1. PT Intraco Penta Prima Servis (IPPS) launched an Infrastructure Roadshow in Tanjung, Tabalong, South Kalimantan on Thursday, 9 April 2015.

Community Development

The Company’s success in running business activities could not be detached from the support of the surrounding environment. To that end, INTA always shares positive contributions to society and the surrounding environment.

Berikut beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan INTA dalam mendukung pengembangan masyarakat dan lingkungan sepanjang 2015.

A. Donor Darah

Pada 2015, Inta Group telah beberapa kali mengadakan kegiatan Donor Darah yang berkerjasama dengan Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI), yakni pada 22 Januari, 22 April, dan 29 Juli 2015. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan di kantin INTA Group Cakung, Jakarta.

Kegiatan donor darah ini sangat dinanti karyawan INTA karena selain dapat berbagi, donor darah secara rutin juga bermanfaat bagi kesehatan. Kegiatan ini berlangsung mulai pukul 11.00 hingga 14.00.

Kegiatan yang rutin dilakukan setiap tiga bulan sekali ini, merupakan bagian dari pilar Care Health dalam program CSR INTA. Selain berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat secara umum, kegiatan ini juga dapat memupuk rasa kebersamaan dan kepedulian karyawan terhadap sesama.

B. Pembagian Sembako/Kegiatan Sosial dalam Bulan Suci Ramadhan

Pada 9 Juli 2015, INTA Group melaksanakan kegiatan sosial Pembagian Sembako di lingkungan sekitar Perseroan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan di halaman rumah ketua RT Blok K Kampung Sawah Semper ini disambut antusias oleh warga. Perseroan menyiapkan 430 paket sembako dalam kegiatan tersebut.

Here are several activities carried out by INTA in supporting the development of society and the environment throughout 2015.

A. Blood Donation

In 2015, Inta Group had several times held blood donation events in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), namely on 22 January, 22 April and 29 July 2015. These events took place in the cafeteria of INTA Group, Cakung, Jakarta.

Blood donation events are greatly anticipated by employees because in addition to sharing, regular blood donating is also beneficial to health. The activity took place from 11.00 am until 14.00 pm.

The regular activity which is conducted once in every three months, is part of the Health Care pillar of INTA’s CSR program. In addition to contributing to improving public health in general, this activity can also foster a sense of togetherness and employee care for one another. B. Distribution of Groceries / Social Activities in the Holy

Month of Ramadhan

On 9 July 2015, INTA Group carried out a social activity in the form groceries distribution in the Company’s neighborhood. The activity that was carried out in the RT Head’s home garden was greeted enthusiastically by the residents. The company prepared 430 grocery packages for the event.

Kegiatan ini rutin diadakan INTA Group setiap tahunnya sebagai komitmen Perseroan untuk tumbuh berkembang bersama masyarakat sekitar. Melalui pembagian sembako ini diharapkan dapat meringankan beban warga sehingga bisa merayakan Hari Raya Idul Fitri lebih baik lagi.

This activity is regularly held by INTA Group each year as the Company’s commitment to progress with the surrounding community. Through the distribution of basic necessities it is expected to ease the burden of the people so that they can celebrate Eid al-Fitr better.

C. Halal Bihalal INTA Group

Pada Jumat 31 Juli 2015. INTA Group mengadakan kegiatan Halal Bihalal bersama bertempat di kantin INTA Group Cakung, Jakarta. Kegiatan kali ini mengangkat tema “Dengan Semangat Halal Bil Halal 2015 Kita Pererat Kebersamaan untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja.” Acara dimulai pukul 15.00 hingga 17.30 WIB dan diikuti kurang lebih 625 karyawan. Kegiatan Halal Bil Halal ini juga dihadiri seluruh Jajaran Direksi & Management INTA Group.

Acara dibuka oleh Ahmad Mashudi selaku ketua panitia acara dan dilanjutkan pidato dari Petrus Halim Chief Executive Officer INTA yang juga memberikan pengarahan mengenai keberasamaan dan produktivitas kerja.

Acara pun dilanjutkan dengan saling memohon maaf dan bersalaman antar seluruh jajaran direksi dan manajemen INTA Group beserta seluruh karyawan yang hadir. Kemudian acara ditutup dengan makan sore bersama di kantin INTA Group.

D. Pengobatan Gratis

Pada 8 September 2015, INTA bekerjasama dengan OMNI Hospital mengadakan kegiatan pengobatan gratis bagi warga Kampung Sawah Cakung, Cilincing dan sekitarnya yaitu di Blok K RT10/RW11. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan di rumah Ketua RT 10 dan Posyandu Kampung Sawah.

Kegiatan Pengobatan Gratis yang diadakan mulai pukul 09.00 hingga 14.30 WIB ini disambut baik oleh warga, mulai dari anak-anak, orang dewasa hingga lanjut usia. Tercatat ada 378 warga yang mengikuti pengobatan gratis kali ini, terdiri dari :

• Anak (balita sampai usia 15 tahun) sebanyak 151 pasien. • Ibu hamil sebanyak 21 pasien.

• Umum Dewasa (usia 16 hingga 49 tahun) sebanyak 127 pasien.

C. Halal Bihalal of INTA Group

On Friday, 31 July 2015 INTA Group held a Halal Bihalal activity in the cafeteria of INTA Group, Cakung, Jakarta. The theme of the activity was “With The Spirit of Halal Bil Halal 2015 We Strengthen Togetherness for Productive Increase.” The event ran from 15.00 pm to 17:30 pm and was attended by approximately 625 employees. The Halal Bil Halal activity was also attended by the entire Board of Directors and Management of INTA Group.

The event was opened by Ahmad Mashudi as chairman of the event committee and followed by a speech from INTA Chief Executive Officer Peter Halim who provided guidance on togetherness and labor productivity.

The event was followed by mutual apologies and shaking hands across the entire board of directors and management of INTA Group and all employees present. The event was then closed with an afternoon meal in the cafeteria of INTA Group.

D. Free Medical Treatment

On 8 September 2015, INTA in cooperation with OMNI Hospital held free medical treatment for the residents of Kampung Sawah Cakung, Cilincing and its surroundings in Block K RT10 / RW11. The activity was held at the home of the RT 10 Head and Posyandu Kampung Sawah.

The free medical treatment activity was held from 09:00 am to 14:30 pm and greatly welcomed by residents, children, adults and the elderly. As many as 378 people took part in the event this time, consisting of:

• Children (toddlers up to the age of 15 years) as many as 151 patients .

• Pregnant mothers as many as 21 patients. • Adults (16 to 49 years) as many as 127 patients.

• Lansia (usia lebih dari 50 tahun) sebanyak 79 pasien. Dari hasil pemeriksaan, penyakit yang banyak di

keluhkan warga antara lain infeksi saluran pernapasan atas (ISPA), masalah otot, sendi dan jaringan pengikat serta telinga, hidung dan tenggorokan (THT).

Tim dokter yang di pimpin oleh dr. Suryani dengan sigap, kompak, dan sabar menangani pasien. Selain melakukan pemeriksanaan, tim dokter juga berbagai informasi dan pengetahuan mengenai kesehatan terutama mengenai prilaku hidup bersih dan sehat serta cara mempraktikan cuci tangan yang benar.

Kegiatan pengobatan gratis ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan sosial yang termasuk dalam pilar Care Health ini pula, hubungan Perseroan dengan masyarakat lingkungan sekitar dapat terbina dengan baik secara berkesinambungan.

E. Penanaman Pohon Hutan Kota Rawa Malang

Kepedulian INTA terhadap lingkungan diwujudkan dalam kegiatan penanaman sebanyak 300 pohon pelindung trembesi dan mahoni untuk menghijaukan kawasan Hutan Kota Rawa Malang, Kelurahan Semper Timur, Jakarta.

Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan Rabu, 7 Oktober 2015 ini diapresiasi langung oleh Ahmad Ya’la Sekretaris Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara yang turut hadir didampingi Suroto Asisten Pembangunan dan Lingkungan Hidup Jakarta Utara.

From examination results, the diseases that many residents were complaining about include upper respiratory infections (ARI), problems to muscles, joints and connective tissue as well as ear, nose and throat (ENT).

The team of doctors led by Dr. Suryani swiftly, compactly, and patiently dealt with all patients. In addition to the examination, the doctors also gave various information and knowledge about health behavior, especially on health and hygiene and how to practice proper hand washing.

The free medical treatment is expected to improve public health. Through social activities that are included in the Health Care pillar, the Company’s relationship with the surrounding environment can be well nurtured.

E. Tree Planting at Hutan Kota Rawa Malang

INTA’s concern for the environment is also manifested in activities such as planting 300 tamarind and mahogany shade trees to make green the neighborhood of Hutan Kota Rawa Malang, East Semper, Jakarta.

The activity which was held on Wednesday, 7 October 2015 is much appreciated by Ahmad Ya’la North Jakarta Administration Secretary, who also attended the event, accompanied by Suroto Assistant for Development and Environment of North Jakarta.

Kegiatan penanaman pohon ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen Perseroan dalam melaksanakan pilar Care Green. Penanaman 300 pohon yang dilakukan di Hutan Kota Rawa Malang yang berada tepat di depan gedung INTA Institute diharapkan dapat turut melestarikan lingkungan.

Program Kegiatan Kemasyarakatan yang dilakukan di tahun 2015 juga mencakup perayaan menyambut Idul Adha 1436H pada 23 September 2015 berupa pemberian hewan Qur’ban berupa dua kambing untuk Mushollah Al-Muchlisin Blok K Kampung Sawah & Lurah Semper Timur, Jakarta Utara . Yang berguna untuk disembelih dan dibagikan untuk kaum muslimin dan warga sekitar.

Selain itu, pada 22 Desember 2015 dalam rangka merayakan Natal, INTA group juga melakukan kegiatan pembagian sembako kepada anak asuh dan panti jompo yang ada di Yayasan Kasih Immanuel Kamp. Sawah, Semper.

Kegiatan Pendidikan

Kegiatan Pendidikan Beasiswa

Grup INTA melaksanakan kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial di bidang pendidikan dengan memberikan beasiswa. Pemberian beasiswa ini merupakan salah satu dari pilar CSR INTA, yaitu Care School.

Sekolah Karyawan

Perusahaan turut mendukung pengembangan pendidikan, khususnya bagi keluarga karyawan dengan menyediakan sekolah untuk anak-anak karyawan yang berlokasi di dekat Perseroan, yaitu di Cakung, Jakarta Timur.

Perusahaan menyediakan sekolah tersebut sejak 2010 dengan tujuan meningkatkan pendidikan anak-anak karyawan agar terwujud masa depan generasi penerus bangsa Indonesia yang lebih baik.

The tree planting activity is part of the Company’s commitment to implementing the Green Care pillar. The planting of 300 trees in Hutan Kota Rawa Malang which is right in front of INTA Institute is expected to help protect the environment.

The Community Activities Program conducted in 2015 also include a celebration to welcome Eid al-Adha 1436H on 23 September 2015 by presenting Qur’ban in the form of two goats for Mushollah Al-Muchlisin Block K Kampung Sawah & Lurah Semper Timur, North Jakarta to be slaughtered and distributed among all Muslims in the neighborhood.

In addition, on 22 December 2015 in the context of Christmas celebration, INTA group also made basic food distribution activities to foster care and nursing homes at Yayasan Kasih Immanuel Kampung Sawah, Semper.

Education Activities

Scholarship Educational Activity

INTA group carries out social responsibility activities in the educational field by providing scholarships. Providing scholarship is one of the CSR pillars of INTA, namely School Care.

School for Employees

The Company also contributes to the development of education, especially for the families of employees by establishing a school for the children of employees who are located near the Company, which is in Cakung, East Jakarta. The company has established the school since 2010 with the aim at improving the education of children of employees in order to assist the future of the next generation for a better Indonesia.
