Perseroan melaksanakan dan memfasilitasi karyawan dengan kegiatan pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi lainnya guna meningkatkan wawasan atas perkembangan ilmu dan dunia usaha yang berkembang sangat cepat. Pelatihan yang diadakan dapat bersifat

The Company is also an active member of mining, power and plantation associations. In 2016, the Company invested US$ 47,512 for training and employee competency development programs.

Pelatihan yang diberikan Perseroan mencakup 2 (dua) hal yaitu hard skill dan soft skill. Pelatihan hard skill meliputi bidang akuntansi dankeuangan, perpajakan, hukum, teknologi informasi, teknik pertambangan, teknik perkebunan dan keselamatan dan kesehatan di lingkungan kerja. Sedangkan pelatihan soft skill meliputi kepemimpinan dan etika kerja. Perseroan juga berpartisipasi secara aktif di asosiasi pertambangan, kelistrikan dan perkebunan. Pada 2016, Perseroan menginvestasikan dana untuk pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi karyawan sebesar US$47.512.

HR Remuneration
In appreciation of excellent performance, the Company implements a competency-based and performance achievement remuneration system. The amount of remuneration is categorized based on the level of position, work function and the level of performance achieved by employees.
In order to maintain a competitive remuneration system, the Company considers wage rates in similar industries, labor laws, regional minimum payment (UMR) and provincial minimum payment (UMP)
regulations, and the Company’s inancial capability.
Overall, remuneration aspects consist of compensation
and other beneits in accordance with employment
status and level of position. In addition to the basic
salary, the Company provides various types of beneits
such as religious day allowance, transport allowance, communication allowance and meal allowance. In addition, the Company complies with government regulations related to social security and health by including all employees in the BPJS Employment and BPJS Health programs. The Company also provides facilities for employees in the form of places of worship, and sports and recreation.

Remunerasi SDM
Sebagai bentuk apresisasi dan penghargaan atas kinerja yang optimal, Perseroan menerapkan sistem remunerasi berbasis kompetensi dan pencapaian kinerja. Besaran remunerasi dikategorikan berdasarkan jenjang jabatan, fungsi kerja serta pencapaian kinerja yang diraih oleh karyawan
Untuk mempertahankan sistem remunerasi yang kompetitif, Perseroan mempertimbangkan tingkat pengupahan pada industri sejenis, undang-undang ketenagakerjaan, peraturan upah minimum regional (UMR) dan provinsi (UMP) serta kemampuan keuangan Perseroan. Secara keseluruhan, aspek-aspek remunerasi terdiri dari kompensasi beserta manfaat dan fasilitas lainnya sesuai status kepegawaian dan level jabatan. Selain gaji pokok, Perseroan memberikan berbagai jenis tunjangan diantaranya Tunjangan Hari Raya, Tunjangan Transportasi, Tunjangan Komunikasi serta Tunjangan Makan. Selain itu Perseroan memenuhi kepatuhan dalam peraturan pemerintah terkait jaminan sosial dan kesehatan yaitu dengan mengikutsertakan seluruh karyawan dalam program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan. Perseroan juga menyediakan fasilitas bagi karyawan berupa tempat ibadah, sarana olahraga dan rekreasi.
