Perseroan juga memberikan bantuan honor kepada tenaga pendidik pada sekolah- sekolah di sekitar lokasi Perseroan. Biaya- biaya yang diakibatkan oleh kegiatan-kegiatan ini dialokasikan menjadi Biaya Pengeluaran Perusahaan pada Rekening Biaya Sosial.
Dari alokasi dana PKBL, Perseroan juga memberikan beasiswa yang dilakukan dengan cara :

Pemberian bantuan bagi siswa SD, SLTP dan SLTA yang berprestasi dan dari keluarga yang kondisi ekonominya tidak mampu. Pemberian biaya pendidikan sampai dengan tamat kepada mahasiswa yang berprestasi melalui kerja sama dengan Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) Medan, Universitas Riau (Unri), Universitas Islam Riau (UIR) dan Universitas Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru. Memberikan kesempatan bagi masyarakat Riau lulusan SLTA untuk dididik menjadi ahli Perkebunan dan bagi yang berprestasi akan dijadikan karyawan melalui kerjasama dengan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pertanian Agribisnis Perkebunan (STIPAP) Medan.
Sepanjang tahun 2012, perseroan telah menyalurkan beasiswa untuk 485 siswa SD, SMP dan SMA, 9 orang mahasiswa STIPAP, dan 10 mahasiswa Universitas di sekitar Riau.

Realisasi Penyaluran Dana Bina Lingkungan sektor pendidikan tahun 2008 - 2012 Throughout the year 2012, the company has distributed the scholarships to 485 students from elementary, junior and high school, 9 students of STIPAP, and 10 university students around Riau. While the scholarship aid to college students from year to year are as follows:The Company also providesteaching personnels in the surrounding schools with adequate honorary aid. The costs incurred for this social aid are allocated in the corporate expenditure and posted in the Social Cost Account.

Financial aid for Elementary, Junior and Senior High School students who perform exceptionally well at shcool but who come from economically less fortunate families. Providing scholarships for college students with great studying achievements educational fi nancial supportduring their study until they graduate in cooperation with North Sumatra University (USU) Medan, Riau University (Unri), Riau Islamic University (UIR) and Lancang Kuning University Pekanbaru. Giving opportunities to the students graduated from Local Senior High School to join trainings to become plantation experts. Those who excelled in the trainings will be hired as employees in cooperation with Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pertanian Agribisnis Perkebunan (STIPAP – Agricultural Science College for Plantation Agribusiness) Medan.

TANGGUNG JAWAB PERSEROAN TERHADAP SARANA DAN PRASARANA LINGKUNGAN
Dalam bidang sarana dan prasarana lingkungan sekitar, Perseroan melakukan pemeliharaan akses jalan dan jembatan dari Jalan Negara/ Propinsi/Kabupaten menuju lokasi Perseroan. Dengan meningkatnya kemudahan akses jalan ini akan memudahkan masyarakat sekitar untuk menuju ke akses ekonomi, pendidikan dan ibukota kabupaten sehingga akan mendorong perkembangan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar.
Di samping itu Perseroan memberikan ijin untuk jalur lintasan tiang listrik yang mengakibatkan adanya penumbangan pohon kelapa sawit/ karet serta kerja sama dengan perusahaan Telekomunikasi untuk pembangunan BTS di Kebun/PKS/Unit milik perseroan. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat sekitar dalam hal akses penggunaan teknologi dan informasi. Biaya-biaya yang diakibatkan oleh kegiatan-kegiatan ini dialokasikan menjadi Biaya Pengeluaran Perusahaan pada Rekening Biaya Produksi.
Dari Alokasi Dana PKBL, Perseroan juga memberikan dana untuk bidang prasarana dalam bentuk kepedulian perusahaan untuk memperbaiki jalan dan jembatan, posyandu, pesantren, PAUD, perbaikan sekolah, pengadaan handtraktor dll.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL INFRASTRUCTURE
In the fi eld of infrastructure and facilitesfor the surrounding environments, the Company maintained easy access to the roads and bridges from thestate/province/regency roadsheading towards the place where the corporate offi ce is located. The easier the access to the roads is, the easier and more convenient the access to the economic, educational and the regency capital is considered by the local people so that in turn this may further improve the well-being and economic development of the surrounding communities. In addition to road and bridge access maintenance, the corporation also grants permission for the construction of electrical grid which inevitably required several oil palm and rubber tress to be cut down to make way for the towers. Another permission was also given to mobile telecommunication operatorsto build their BTS in plantations/PKS/units, it possible for the surrounding communities to gaineasier access and more exposure to the cutting-edge technology and information. Meanwhile, the expenses for the said activities have been the corporation’s expenditure at the Production Cost Account. The Company also spent a certain amount of funds on repairing roads, bridges, Integrated Health Service Post, Islamic boarding schools, Early Childhood Education, on schools restoration, supplying hand tractors, etc.

Sampai saat ini Perseroan tetap menjaga komitmennya untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada para pelanggan Perseroan seperti pembeli komoditi yang dihasilkan Perseroan, para petani plasma dan pihak ketiga yang memasok bahan baku produksi sawit dan karet, serta para mitra usaha yang mendukung semua aktivitas Perseroan.
Untuk menjaga kepercayaan dan kepuasan para pembeli, maka Pderseroan berusaha menjaga mutu hasil produksi dengan pengawasan ketat di semua lini proses produksi mulai dari pemilihan bahan baku sampai dengan penyerahan barang kepada pembeli. Komitmen terhadap mutu produk yang sesuai standar nasional maupun internasional menunjukkan perhatian dan kepedulian Perseroan terhadap masalah kesehatan, keselamatan konsumen dan kelestarian lingkungan. Selain itu dengan menerapkan motto “Tepat Waktu, Tepat Mutu dan Tepat Jumlah/Volume” dalam penyerahan barang diharapkan citra Perseroan yang baik dapat tertanam di benak para pembeli.
Hubungan dengan petani plasma dan pihak ketiga yang juga merupakan pelanggan Perseroan harus dijaga keharmonisannya agar kedua belah pihak dapat merasakan manfaat positif dengan adanya hubungan itu. Pendekatan secara kekeluargaan dan profesional diterapkan dalam setiap kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan petani plasma/pihak ketiga, sehingga keeratan hubungan sebagai mitra usaha dapat berimbas kepada peningkatan produksi dan produktivitas kebun plasma, serta peningkatan volume dan mutu suplai bahan baku olah dari petani plasma/pihak ketiga.

The company keep maintaining its commitment to provide the best service to its corporate customers such as buyers of commodities produced by the company, the farmers and the third party that supplies the raw material of oil palm and rubber production, and its business partners who support all company activities.
For maintaining the trust and satisfaction of the buyer, the company tries to keep the quality of product through a strict control at all line of production process in all areas ranging from selection of raw materials to delivery of goods to the buyer. Commitment to quality products that fi t the national and international standards shows the company interest and concern to the health problem, consumer safety and environmental sustainability. In addition, by applying the motto “Right Time, Right Quality and Appropriate Number / Volume” in delivery of good it is expected that the corporate image can be embedded in the minds of buyers.
Relationships with farmers and a third party which is also the company’s customers must be maintained in harmony so that both sides can feel the positive benefi ts to the relationship. Familial and professional approach is applied in every activities related to plasma / third parties, so that the closeness of the relationship as business partners may affect the increase of production and productivity of plasma estate, as well as volume and quality increasing of supply of raw materials from plasma farmers/ third parties.
