B. Saran

1. Dilakukan penelitian lanjutan mengenai pengukuran body fat percentage pada anak-anak.

2. Dilakukan pengukuran body fat percentage menggunakan parameter skinfold thickness yang lebih banyak lagi.

3. Adanya hasil berupa korelasi positif yang bermakna dan berkekuatan sedang antara body fat percentage dan rasio kolesterol total/HDL, maka mahasiswa dapat menggunakan rasio kolesterol total/HDL sebagai prediktor gangguan kardiovaskuler.
