B. Saran

1. Perlu dilakukan optimasi konsentrasi surfaktan Tween 80 dan kosurfaktan propilen glikol sehingga menghasilkan nanokrim KAD yang stabil.

2. Perlu dilakukan optimasi kecepatan mixer dan waktu stirring untuk mendapatkan ukuran droplet yang lebih kecil.

3. Perlu dilakukan uji iritasi sediaan nanokrim KAD.

4. Perlu dilakukan pengujian penetrasi nanokrim KAD ke dalam kulit.

5. Perlu dilakukan uji in vivo dan in vitro terkait dengan khasiat nanokrim sebagai antioksidan.

BIOGRAFI PENULIS

Agnesia Brilianti Kananlua dilahirkan pada tanggal 5 Agustus 1994 di Bengkulu. Putri dari pasangan Paulus Sulluk Kananlua dan Pratiwi Nugraheni ini memiliki satu orang saudara kandung laki-laki bernama Ignasius Abdi Kusuma Kananlua. Penulis telah menempuh pendidikan di TK Sint Carolus Bengkulu pada tahun 1999 sampai tahun 2000, SD Sint Carolus Bengkulu pada tahun 2000 hingga tahun 2006, SMP Sint Carolus Bengkulu pada tahun 2006 hingga tahun 2009, SMA Stella Duce I Yogyakarta pada tahun 2009-2012, dan Universitas Sanata Dharma pada tahun 2012 hingga tahun 2015. Selama mengikuti kuliah di Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Sanata Dharma, penulis pernah bergabung dalam organisasi Jaringan Mahasiswa Kesehatan Indonesia (JMKI) dan dipercaya menjadi wakil komisaris internal periode 2013-2014. Melalui organisasi ini, penulis berkesempatan mewakili Komisariat Universitas Sanata Dharma dalam Rapat Kerja Nasional (RAKERNAS) VI JMKI pada tahun 2014. Penulis pernah mengikuti beberapa kepanitiaan acara, antara lain acara donor darah JMKI sebagai divisi acara, malam keakraban (makrab) JMKI sebagai bendahara, dan Tiga Hari Temu Akrab Farmasi (Titrasi) 2013 sebagai divisi P3K. Penulis juga pernah mengikuti Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa bidang kewirausahaan (PKM-K) 2014 berjudul Mollusca Crispy Sebagai Camilan Sumber Protein dan Peningkat Kecerdasan Otak dan lolos didanai dikti.
