Struktur Tata Kelola
Struktur tata kelola TRIPATRA mengikuti kebijakan Indika Energy. Seluruh kinerja penerapan tata kelola yang baik (transparansi, akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, independensi, kewajaran, dan kesetaraan dalam semua perencanaan, kebijakan, dan tindakan strategis perusahaan) dari TRIPATRA, disupervisi sepenuhnya oleh Komite Audit &
Corporate Governance. Saat ini pengelolaan isu-isu keberlan-jutan dijalankan perusahaan secara kolektif dengan dipimpin oleh Direktur Utama [102-18]

Sebagai perusahaan yang bertanggung jawab sosial, TRIPATRA memegang teguh prinsip-prinsip kehatian di dalam menjalankan kegiaatan usahanya. Penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian (precautionary approach) di Perusahaan antara lain tercermin pada kode etik, praktik manajemen risiko, dan adanya sistem manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan yang berlaku di seluruh wilayah operasi TRIPATRA.
Management Structure
TRIPATRA's management structure follows Indika Energy's policies. The entire performance of the implementation of good governance (transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, and equality in all corporate planning, policies, and strategic actions) from TRIPATRA is fully super-vised by the Audit & Good Corporate Governance Committee.
At present, the management of sustainability issues is collec-tively carried out by the Company, directed by the President Director. [102-18]

As a socially responsible company, TRIPATRA adheres to the precautionary principles in conducting its business activities.
The implementation of the precautionary principles in the Company is reflected in, the code of ethics, risk management practices, and the existence of a health and safety manage-ment system that applies throughout TRIPATRA's operation areas.

Manajemen Risiko
Perusahaan memiliki manajemen risiko sebagai bagian dari prinsip pencegahan atas hal-hal yang memiliki potensi risiko dalam operasi dan bisnis Perusahaan, seperti yang tergam-bar di bawah ini.
Penerapan manajemen risiko Perusahaan terbagi atas 2 (dua) bagian besar, yaitu Enterprise Management Level yang dikembangkan melalui ERP yang melingkup secara keseluruhan atas manajemen risiko Perusahaan; dan Project Management Level yang diterapkan di level proyek,
mencakup ESS, MMS dan CMS.
Lebih jauh lagi, dalam menjalankan insiatif keberlanjutan, TRIPATRA merujuk pada tata nilai perusahaan dan penerapan pilar keberlanjutan pemegang saham utama TRIPATRA, yaitu Indika Energy. Pilar tersebut mencakup hal-hal berikut:
• Mengintegrasikan prinsip keberlanjutan di setiap rantai siklus proyek;
• Mengintegrasikan prinsip keberlanjutan dalam beragam alternatif desain, konstruksi, dan operasi;
• Mengedepankan inovasi dalam mengadaptasi tata nilai dan target keberlanjutan klien agar inisiatif keberlanjutan berkesinambungan dan menjadi warisan yang positif bagi klien;
• Menggunakan proses manajemen dalam proses dampingan kapasitas pemasok lokal dan implementasi pilar program pemberdayaan masyarakat, sebagaimana manajemen proteksi Kesehatan, Keselamatan Kerja dan Lingkungan (K3L).
The implementation of the Company's risk management is divided into 2 (two) major parts, the Enterprise Management Level which was developed through ERP covering the Company's overall risk management;
and Project Management Level applied at the project level, including ESS, MMS and CMS.
Furthermore, in executing its sustainability initiatives, TRIPATRA refers to the Company's values and the implemen-tation of sustainability pillars of TRIPATRA's main shareholder, Indika Energy.
The pillars include the following activities:
• Integrating sustainability principles in every chain of the project cycle;
• Integrating sustainability principles into various designs, constructions and operational alternatives;
• Prioritizing innovation in adapting client’s values and sustainability targets so that sustainability initiatives are workable and become a positive legacy for clients;
• Using the management process in the process of assisting local suppliers' capacity and implementing the pillars of community empowerment programs, such as the pro-tection management of Occupational Health Safety and Environment (K3L).
