Laporan Keberlanjutan ini, selanjutnya disebut “Laporan”, menyajikan data dan informasi mengenai kinerja keberlanjutan bersama PT Tripatra Engineers and Con- structors dan PT Tripatra Engineering.

Untuk selanjutnya kedua perusahaan secara bersama-sama disebut sebagai “TRIPATRA”

atau “Perusahaan” di dalam Laporan.

Selain menampilkan data dan informasi yang bersifat historis, Laporan juga berisi forward-looking statement seperti proyeksi, target, asumsi, strategi, dan rencana ke depan, serta ekspektasi dan harapan.

TENTANG LAPORAN

ABOUT THIS REPORT

L aporan keberlanjutan TRIPATRA tahun 2020 mengangkat tema Bertahan di Tengah Keti- dak-pastian. Tema ini menggambarkan berbagai upaya dan strategi TRIPATRA untuk terus bertahan dan berkembang pada kondisi ekonomi dunia yang terguncang akibat pandemi Covid-19.

Pandemi yang terjadi memberi tekanan yang luar biasa sekaligus mendorong Perusahaan untuk meningkatkan daya tahan dan resilience Perusa- haan di tengah situasi global yang tidak pasti di tengah Pandemi.

Sejak 2017, TRIPATRA sudah melaporkan kinerja keberlan- jutan secara konsisten setiap tahun. Laporan Keberlanjutan terakhir yaitu untuk periode tahun 2019 telah dilaporkan pada bulan Agustus 2020. Sama seperti sebelumnya, laporan ini disusun berdasarkan siklus laporan tahunan dan mencakup

T RIPATRA's 2020 Sustainability Report has the theme of Surviving Amidst Uncertainties. This theme describes TRIPATRA's various efforts and strategies to continue to survive and thrive in the world economic conditions that have been shaken by the Covid-19 pandemic. The pandemic has set tremendous pressure on the Company along with the encouragement in order to improve the Company's resilience in the midst of an uncertain global situation during Pandemic.

Since 2017, TRIPATRA has consistently reported sustainability performance every year. The last Sustainability Report for the 2019 period was submitted in August 2020. As before, this report is compiled in accordance with the annual report cycle and covers the reporting period from January 1 to December 31,

Selanjutnya, dalam Laporan ini, para pembaca akan mene- mukan perubahan dari laporan tahun sebelumnya, terutama dalam hal pembahasan topik material. Penentuan dan Batasan Isi Laporan

Penentuan isi laporan mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip laporan keberlanjutan yang disarankan GRI Standards serta melibatkan tenaga ahli eksternal. Pertimbangan dalam menentukan isi Laporan antara lain yaitu sesuai dengan konteks keberlanjutan dan bersifat material serta penting di mata pemangku kepent- ingan. Perusahaan berusaha menyajikan isi laporan secara imbang, baik positif dan negatif, didukung oleh dokumen bukti yang cukup, serta ditampilkan dalam bentuk data kuantitatif dan informasi kualitatif yang jelas dan mudah dipahami oleh pembaca. Data dan informasi yang disajikan berasal dari batasan (boundary) isi laporan, yaitu mencakup berbagai proyek yang dikelola oleh TRIPATRA. Saat ini perusahaan tidak memiliki anak perusahaan, sehingga entitas yang dilaporkan dalam Laporan ini sama dengan entitas yang tercakup dalam Laporan Keuangan. [102-45] [102-48]

Selanjutnya, terdapat restatement dalam laporan ini, yaitu pada data kecelakaan kerja dan pelatihan karyawan karena metode dan cara pengungkapan pada laporan kali ini berbeda dengan tahun lalu.

Arrangement and Limitation of the Report

The content of the report refers to the sustainability report prin- ciples recommended by the GRI Standards and involves external experts. Certain considerations in determining the contents of the Report are in line with the sustainability context, material properties, and important based on stakeholders’ perspectives.

The contents of the report are necessary to be well-balanced, between positive and negative reviews, supported by sufficient evidence documents, and presented in the form of quantitative data and qualitative information which are clear and compre- hensible. They shall also cover various projects managed by TRIPATRA. The Company does not have any subsidiaries, so the entities reported in this Report are the same as the entities included in the Financial Statements.

Banyak yang kami pelajari selama tahun ini, dan kami semakin memahami bahwa perubahan harus terus dilakukan. Kebijakan Merespon Tantangan Keberlanjutan Ada banyak tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menerapkan keberlanjutan selama tahun 2020, salah satunya adalah pandemi COVID-19. Kami merespon situasi ini dengan mengedepankan perlindungan pada karyawan dan mas- yarakat di sekitar area operasi perusahaan. We have learned a lot throughout the year, and we fully understand that certain adjustments must continue to take place. This is in line with the theme

“Maintaining Sustainability Amidst Uncertainties”, which is the basis for growing and transforming into an energy company in the future.

Policies in Response to Sustainability Challenges There were numerous challenges in implementing

sustainability in 2020, one of which is the COVID-19 pandemic.

We responded to this situation by prioritizing the protection of employees and the community around the Company's opera- tional areas. We implemented a mechanism of working from home and working from office in shifts for all employees at the Head Office, which was a real challenge in the energy world.

TRIPATRA menerapkan sistem pemantauan kesehatan ber- kala bagi setiap karyawan. TRIPATRA melakukan testing atau uji dengan rapid test, swab antigen dan PCR test, tracing atau lacak bila didapat karyawan yangterindikasi COVID-19 untuk mencegah penyebaran lebih luas, dan treatment atau terapi dengan isolasi pada pusat isolasi group perusahaan serta pengobatan. Seluruh site telah menyiapkan fasilitas isolasi mandiri maupun bekerja sama dengan layanan kesehatan setempat untuk memastikan pengendalian COVID-19 dilaku- kan secara maksimal sehingga meminimalisasi produktivitas dan jalannya proyek. Keselamatan karyawan, mengamankan kelangsungan usaha, dan mendukung ketahanan masyarakat di wilayah operasi menjadi prioritas Perusahaan.

Perusahaan membuat program-program untuk mempertah- ankan motivasi karyawan meskipun harus bekerja dari ru- mah. Penerapan Working From Home (WFH) berjalan dengan baik dan tidak ada hal-hal bersifat distraksi yang menggang- gu kinerja karyawan. Sementara untuk operasi dan produksi di lapangan dan unit pendukungnya, dijalankan dengan diser- tai penerapan protokol kesehatan secara ketat di semua lini dan pembatasan mobilitas. Penerapan protokol kesehatan mengacu ketentuan yang ditetapkan Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan COVID-19, dan mencakup semua subkontraktor.

Sesuai protokol kesehatan, TRIPATRA menyediakan fasilitas untuk mendukung kegiatan COVID-19 screening test (rapid test, swab antigen atau PCR) terhadap karyawan yang mema- suki site. Bagi karyawan yang menunjukan hasil pemeriksaan reaktif atau positif, dilanjutkan dengan isolasi dan dilakukan- protokol 3T (Tracing, Testing dan Treatment). Bagi karyawan yang terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 dilakukan isolasi mandiri baik di rumah, fasilitas rumah sakit rujukan, ataupun fasilitas isolasi dalam site.

Sejak Maret 2020, Perusahaan membentuk gugus tugas pe- rusahaan untuk penanganan COVID-19, yang disebut “Emer- gency Response Team for COVID-19” atau ERT for COVID-19.

Tim ini bertugas untuk melakukan pengendalian COVID-19 seperti skrining kesehatan bagi setiap karyawan secara rutin, menegakkan protokol kesehatan melalui materi-materi promosi kesehatan dan pencegahan COVID19 yang dikirim- kan ke seluruh karyawan, dan memastikan pertemuan tatap muka atau perjalanan bisnis dilakukan dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat pada sebelum, saat dan setelah dilakukan. Selain itu ERT for COVID-19 juga melaku- kan tindak lanjut atas setiap kejadian Karyawan terkonfirmasi COVID-19 dari mulai melakukan tracing contact, memonitor kondisi karyawan setiap hari, menjadwalkan PCR test saat

TRIPATRA has implemented a periodic health monitoring system for all employees. TRIPATRA has also conducted rapid tests, swab antigens and PCR tests, tracing randomly whether employees are indicated by COVID-19 in order to prevent wider spread, and treatment or therapy with isolation at the Company’s group isolation center and treatments.

All sites have prepared self-isolation facilities as well as collaborated with local health services to ensure that COVID-19 control is predominantly conducted so as to minimize productivity and project progress. Ensuring employee safety, safeguarding business sustainability, and supporting community resilience in operational areas are the Company's priorities.

The company has created programs to maintain employee motivation even though they have to work from home.

The Working From Home (WFH) implementation went well and there were no distractions that interfered with employee per- formance. Meanwhile, operations and production at the site and its supporting units were conducted with the implementa- tion of strict health protocols in all lines and mobility

restrictions. The implementation of the health protocol refers to the provisions set by Indonesian Government through the Task Force for the Acceleration of COVID-19 Handling, including all subcontractors.

In accordance with the health protocols, TRIPATRA provides facilities to support COVID-19 screening test activ- ities (rapid test, swab antigen or PCR) for employees who entering the site.

If an employee shows reactive or positive test results, he will need to do the isolation and carry out the 3T (Tracing, Testing and Treatment) protocol. For employees who are confirmed positive for COVID-19, self-isolation is carried out either at home, referral hospital facilities, or isolation facilities on site.

Since March 2020. the Company has formed a corporate task force named “Emergency Response Team for Covid-19” or ERT for COVID-19.

ERT for COVID-19 is assigned to conduct routine COVID-19 control, such as routine health screening for all employees, enforcing health protocols through health promotion and COVID-19 prevention materials sent to all employees, and ensuring that face-to-face meetings or business trips are carried out with the implementation of strict health protocols prior to, during and after they take place.

In addition, ERT for COVID-19 also conducts follow up actions on every incident of employees confirmed for COVID-19, starting from tracing contacts, monitoring employee condi- tions every day, scheduling PCR tests if necessary, to confirm

diperlukan sampai memastikan karyawan mendapatkan per- awatan dan isolasi yang memadai. Selain kepada karyawan, Perusahaan juga berkontribusi untuk membantu penanganan COVID-19 dan melindungi masyarakat.

Walau dihadapkan pada tantangan tak ringan, kami ber- keyakinan prospek usaha pada tahun-tahun mendatang akan lebih baik. Bergeraknya kembali ekonomi nasional dan global, mendorong peningkatan kebutuhan energi. Kami juga akan terus melakukan berbagai inovasi untuk mendorong biaya produksi yang lebih efisien dan ramah lingkungan.

TRIPATRA berdiri pada 1973, menjadi perusahaan energi terpadu nasional dengan layanan EPC (Engineering, Procure- ment, Construction), O&M (Operation & Maintenance), serta logistik. Didukung oleh lebih dari 700 sumber daya teknik profesional, TRIPATRA menyediakan berbagai macam keter- ampilan teknis dan manajemen proyek untuk membantu klien dalam mengembangkan proyek-proyek di berbagai sektor, meliputi minyak dan gas hulu serta hilir, petrokimia, teleko- munikasi, tenaga listrik, infrastruktur dan energi terbarukan.

Sesuai dengan undang-undang yang berlaku di Indonesia, TRIPATRA merupakan badan usaha swasta yang berbentuk perseroan terbatas sesuai dengan undang-undang yang berlaku di Indonesia. TRIPATRA juga merupakan perusahaan tertutup yang sahamnya tidak diperjualbelikan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kepemilikan saham TRIPATRA yaitu oleh PT Indika Energy Tbk dan PT Tripatra Multi Energi dengan persentase kepemilikan yang dapat dilihat pada diagram berikut. [102-5]

Sumber Daya Manusia [102-8]

Sampai akhir 2020, total karyawan TRIPATRA sebanyak 856 orang, terdiri dari 172 orang perempuan dan 684 orang laki-laki. Jumlah ini berkurang 210 orang dibanding tahun sebelumnya, atau turun sekitar 19,6%. Penurunan tersebut secara umum dikarenakan kebutuhan tenaga kerja proyek yang berkurang.

Saat ini, dalam melakukan pekerjaan engineering dan con- struction, TRIPATRA bekerja sama dengan para kontraktor sebagai mitra TRIPATRA. Setiap karyawan mitra yang bekerja di wilayah operasi Perusahaan wajib mematuhi kode etik dan ketentuan yang berlaku, termasuk dalam aspek kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3).

Human Resource [102-8]

Until the end of 2020, TRIPATRA's total employees were 856 people, consisting of 172 female and 684 male employees.

This number decreased by 210 people compared to the pre- vious year, or decreased by around 19.6%. The reduction was generally made due to reduced project manpower require- ments.

At present, in executing engineering and construction work, TRIPATRA collaborates with contractors as TRIPATRA part- ners. Every partner employee who works in the Company's operational areas is required to comply with the code of ethics and applicable regulations, which are included in the occupa- tional health and safety aspects (K3).

Pada praktiknya, TRIPATRA berupaya menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan individu yang bekerja maupun berafiliasi dengan Perusahaan. Salah satu yang mendasari hubungan TRIPATRA yaitu dengan menghargai hak asasi manusia, khususnya hak-hak dasar karyawan. TRIPATRA tidak men- tolerir adanya praktik kerja paksa dan pekerja anak di wilayah operasi perusahaan.

Salah satu aspek yang menjadi pemenuhan hak asasi ma- nusia oleh TRIPATRA yaitu dukungan terhadap kesempatan negosiasi terkait praktik ketenagakerjaan. TRIPATRA memi- liki Peraturan Perusahaan yang terakhir kali diperbarui dan disetujui bersama. [102-41]

RANTAI PASOK DAN PERUBAHAN ORGANISASI Sebagai perusahaan yang melayani pekerjaan engineering dan construction, TRIPATRA didukung oleh rantai pasok yang dapat diandalkan dan berkualitas. Rantai pasok TRIPATRA terdiri dari:

1. EPCM

Manajemen rekayasa teknik, pengadaan dan konstruksi, atau “Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Manage- ment” (EPCM) adalah salah satu bentuk khusus dari kontrak keseluruhan proyek. Dalam EPCM, klien memilih kontraktor yang menyediakan “layanan manajemen” untuk seluruh proyek atas nama klien. Kontraktor EPCM mengoordinasikan seluruh pekerjaan desain, pengadaan, dan konstruksi, serta memastikan bahwa seluruh proyek diselesaikan sesuai kebutuhan dan tepat waktu. Kontraktor EPCM mungkin saja melakukan atau justru tidak melakukan pekerjaan lapangan.

2. EPC

Sebagai perusahaan terdepan berskala nasional, praktik dan standar dari layanan rekayasa teknik, pengadaan dan konstruksi, atau Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) TRIPATRA memiliki taraf kelas dunia.

Hal ini memungkinkan bagi TRIPATRA untuk dapat me- menuhi tantangan proyek EPC Turnkey. Dengan komitmen dari tim manajemen dan didukung oleh tim ahli di bidang EPC, TRIPATRA dapat memenuhi permintaan klien untuk menerapkan solusi yang komprehensif dan implementatif.

Dengan catatan very high safety di seluruh divisi, TRIPATRA menawarkan solusi terintegrasi dan memiliki keamanan yang tinggi untuk per-syaratan proyek.

In practice, TRIPATRA strives to establish good relationships with individuals who work for or are affiliated with the Company. One of the foundations of the TRIPATRA relation- ship is respect for human rights, especially the basic rights of employees. TRIPATRA does not tolerate forced labor and child labor in the Company's operational areas.

One aspect of the fulfillment of human rights by TRIPATRA is the support for negotiation opportunities related to labor prac- tices.TRIPATRA has the latest updated and mutually agreed Company Regulations. [102-41]

SUPPLY CHAIN AND ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFOR- MATION

As a company that serves engineering and construction work, TRIPATRA is supported by a reliable and quality supply chain.

TRIPATRA supply chain consists of:

1. EPCM

Engineering, procurement and construction management, or

“Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management”

(EPCM) is a special form of a whole project contract. In EPCM, the client selects a contractor who provides “management services” for the whole project on behalf of the client. The EPCM contractor coordinates all design, procurement and construction work, and ensures that all projects are completed as required and within time period. The EPCM contractor may or may not do the field work.

2. EPC

As a leading national-scale company, TRIPATRA provides world-class Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) practices and standards.This made it possible for TRIPATRA to meet the challenges of the Turnkey EPC project. With the commitment of the management team and supported by a team of experts in the EPC field, TRIPATRA has managed to meet client requests to implement comprehensive and imple- mentable solutions. With a record of very high safety across all divisions, TRIPATRA offers integrated and highly secure solutions for project requirements.

4. Project Management

Through the extensive experience in project management, TRIPATRA has developed proven methods and systems that have been successfully applied to large-scale projects. The excellence of TRIPATRA's Project Management services can not be separated from the integration of the accurate method of project organization, the support of sophisticated software systems, and a qualified team of experts.

TRIPATRA's approach to project management includes, concise and systematic work processes, planning, scheduling, monitoring and cost control. Pada tahun 2020, TRIPATRA mencatat penurunan pendapat- an sebesar 35,2% dari US$ 460 juta di tahun 2019 menjadi US$ 301 juta. Selain disebabkan sudah terlaksananya proyek Vopak di tahun 2019, berkurangnya pendapatan dari proyek BP Tangguh dan proyek Emily, beberapa proyek juga tertunda karena pandemi. [102-7; 201-1]

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

In 2020, TRIPATRA recorded a 35.2% decrease in revenue from US$ 460 million in 2019 to US$ 301 million. Apart from the fact that the Vopak Project had already been implemented in 2019, the reduced revenue from the BP Tangguh Project and the Emily Project, was also due to the delay of several new projects due to the pandemic.
