An Act to authorise the construction of certain Works for the Storage and Distribution of Water, to amend The Barossa Waterworks Act, 1902, and The Bundaleer Waterworks Act, 1902, and for
other purposes.

with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows :1,
This Act may be cited as "The Warren Reservoir Act, 1912." short title.2,

The Commissioner of Waterworks may, out of any moneys Commissionerofvoted by Parliament for the purpose- ~onetruct Waterworks Warren map Reservoir Water
( a ) Construct and maintain the waterworks known as the aderne.
Warren Reservoir Water Scheme, and all other works which from time to time are found to be necessary or convenient in connection therewith, within the water district to be called the " Warren Water District,"

(1) The Warren Water District (as the meaning ofDistrict constituted
a water district under that term is defined in section 6 of this Act) is hereby constituted
the Waterworks Act. and declared to be a water district for the purposes of "The Waterworks Act, 1882."

(1) Notwithstanding anything in this Act, the part of theDistrict not deemed

additional persons who will: if the said part, is so included, be liable to be rated under the provisions of The Waterworks Act, 1882,"
and is certified by the Commi~eioner to be signed by such a majority of persons.
(2) Upon certifying as aforesaid, the Commissioner shall cause a notice to be published in the Government Gazelte stating that, from a date mentioned therein, the said part shall be included in such District, and, from the said date, the said part shall, for all purposes, be included in and be part of the said District.
