An Act to amend the South Australian Housing Trust Act, 1936-1946.
[Assented to 2nd October, 1947.]
BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows:
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the "South Australian Housing Trust Act Amendment Act, 1947".
(2) The South Australian Housing Trust Act, 1936-1946, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the " South Australian Housing Trust Act, 1936-1947".
(3) The South Australian Housing Trust Act, 1936-1946, is hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act".
2. Section 14 of the principal Act (as enacted by section 4 of the South Australian Housing Trust Act Amendment Act, 1942) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following subsection (the preceding portion of the said section being read as subsection (1) thereof):-
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1) of this section, the trust shall, for the purposes of the Fences Act, 1924-1926, but for no other purpose, be deemed not to hold its real and personal ,property for and on behalf of the Crown and the trust shall be subject to

the liabilities and duties 'and shall have the rights which.
are by the said Act imposed upon or given to occupiers of land.
