DECISION

The Development Application was refused.

HOW COMMUNITY VIEWS WERE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT IN MAKING THE DECISION Notification letters were issued to adjoining properties over 14 days. Two submissions were received, one objection and one in support of the development application.
