DECISION
The Development Application was approved subject to the conditions outlined in the report.

HOW COMMUNITY VIEWS WERE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT IN MAKING THE DECISION Notification letters were issued to adjoining properties over 14 days on two separate occasions. Eleven submissions were received, two in support of the Development Application. The issues raised in the submissions were addressed in the report.
