RESOLUTION
The Minutes of the Development Assessment Unit Meeting of Council held on 11 February 2020 be confirmed.
ITEM-2 DA 240/2020/ZA - INFILL SUBDIVISION CREATING TWO RESIDENTIAL LOTS INCLUDING DEMOLITION ACCOMPANIED BY A REQUEST TO VARY A DEVELOPMENT STANDARD (MINIMUM LOT SIZE) - LOT 11 DP 23025, 10 PRESIDENT ROAD, KELLYVILLE
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF THE DETERMINATION PURSUANT TO ITEM 20(2)(c) AND (d) OF SCHEDULE 1 OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING & ASSESSMENT ACT, 1979
DECISION:
The application be approved subject to conditions outlined in the report with the exception of the following:
Condition 15 be deleted and Condition 17A be added under the heading “prior to works commencing on site”.

‘17A. Tree Removal on Public Land
Removal of Tree 12 located on the nature strip must be undertaken by the owner/
applicant at their cost. Prior to any works commencing on site, the owner/ applicant must provide the following details to Council’s Manager – Subdivision and Development Certification:
Time and date of the tree works;
Full details of the contractor who will be undertaking works (Minimum AQF level 3 Arborist);
Current copy of the contractors Public Liability Insurance (Minimum
$10,000,000).
The owner/ applicant is to keep a photographic record pre and post tree removal works of the tree and nearby infrastructure (concrete footpath, kerb and gutter) and provide these to Council staff upon request.’
