Accordingly, upon such acceptance, a person is deemed to be a student of the Institute from the date on which his application is submitted. Written notification by the Registrar of the ineligibility of a student to take an examination will be mailed to the student.

For violation of the student v. parking a vehicle where a parking permit has been issued to a student, the principal may withdraw the permit for a certain period of time or until the end of the academic year. The award was first presented in 1965, despite the fact that this was only the second year of the diploma.
