A PROCLAMATION
By His Excellency the Honourable Sir Walter Benjamin Campbell, one of Her Majesty's Counsel learned in the law, Governor in and over the State of Queensland and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia.

I, Sir Walter Benjamin Campbell, the Governor aforesaid, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint the First day of March, 1986, as the day upon which the Motor Vehicle Safety Act and Other Acts Amendment Act 1985, other than sections 1 and 2 thereof, shall commence.
Given under my Hand and Seal at Government House, Bris- bane, this twelfth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighty-five, and in the thirty-fourth year of Her Majesty's reign.
