ABSTRACT

It is considered that internship provides the opportunity for exploring professional skill for newly university graduates. Being a student of Journalism & Mass Communication, I have gained a better understanding of online journalism ranging from reporting, editing, news writing, news sourcing, camera language learning, on screen performing to professional/organizational ethics.

Apart from institutional learning, I have tried to reveal the concept online Journalism’

based on practical & professional grounds throughout this report.

Drawing attention on broadcast journalism, I have tried to design the chapters chronologically how a news media agency & its personnel function.

Introducing the media agency, I, then tried to spell out my personal and professional experiences as an intern. Thus, the report shows my observation on my achievement in professional gaining, learning, and limitations during my internship

The most ideal shelter to cross over any barrier between completing collage and landing a position in news coverage is to have a temporary job. An internship is a job trading for undergraduates in other an official program offered by an employer to potential employer.

Importance of internship

Internship offer student a hands on opportunity to work in their wished for place .they learn how their course of study applies to the real world and build a valuable experience that makes them muscular candidates for jobs after graduation .An internship can be lovely way to try out a certain career for instance ,you may thing you want a fast paced job in advertising after collage but after an internship ,we may find that it’s not for us that’s expensive insight that will help us choose your career path.in same collages internship also court to wands course credit .this is dependent on our individuals university necessity but usually a three month internship counts as a full course credit.

Why internship

Experience is becoming a crucial factor in job hunt.

Experienced person has an edge than in experienced .take the opportunity to complete a period of work experience .have completive advantage over their peers’ internship can make all the difference.

Benefits of internship

 Be enthusiastic; show your flexibility and commitment.

How I benefited from internship gain industry knowledge. Being able to talk with people working in the industry I am studying to work in is invaluable. I was able to spend consume the day in the control room at the power station. Which was for me? I was also able to see the data that is going to be important to me in my profession. I informed about thing I will never find in the class room .now I can focus on my studies in tomorrow’s workface.

Digital online journalism

Digital journalism is a part of new digital media .Facebook, twitter, online TV and any social network system is digital media.

Digital journalism also known as online journalism is a coincidental from journalism where editorial content is distributed via the internet as opposed to publishing print on broadcast. What constitutes digital

journalism is a debated by scholars which is news the feature on current affairs is presented solely or combination as text audio, video or same integrative forms like as newspaper and disseminated through digital media technology. The first type of digital journalism, called telex was invented in the uk.an online newspaper is the online version of a printed periodical going online created more opportunities for newspaper such as competing with broadcast journalism in presenting breaking news in a timelier manner.

Summary of my internship

A work always increment our confidence level .I completed my semester with 38 subject, but when my work place then I have understood practical work is so much different from theoretical subject. I completed my internship within tree month from presstime24.com .in this time I achieved many experiences and i have done edited many news and gave that’s report upper on my internship book.at first internship time was very much boring for me I did not go my work place but finally I was love my work because I got more respect from my work place. I learned discipline, time maintain and how do communicate with others person .so, I can tell an internship learned us how to survive in present competition market.
