Merchandising contributes greatly to our economy A nation's standard of living and prosperity is directly affected by the growth of a nation's foreign currency and depends entirely on a merchant who not only interacts with the buyer but also works directly in the manufacturing sector. As a manufacturer and exporter of knitted RMG goods, 1980 marked the beginning of the clothing factory's production and export. Germany, UK, USA, Japan, Canada, Middle East, Australia and many more places around the world are some of the major export destinations.
In short, the merchant is the person who manages the entire process from product creation to marketing and sales in the market.
Chapter- 3 Methodology
When I was allowed to do internship in their factory, I drop my CV with the confirmation letter of the department. Buyers will choose quality over price, so dealers must offer the best price with the highest quality clothing to be selected. To have a smooth working relationship, apparel exporters must maintain strong relationships with buyers and earn their trust by supplying high quality products.
If the buyer is satisfied by the merchant that the product will be of high quality, delivered on time and at a reasonable price, he will place an order for the garment. Buyers can understand the original price of clothing and set an appropriate price for the clothes they sell this way. Second, I was trained on how to prepare for the production to maintain the state of the buyers.
This allows the customer to accept a variety of prices, quantities of clothing and, most importantly, the duration of the order.

Chapter- 5 Internship Activities
How to operate all kinds of machines, how to achieve the results of machines. So I arranged everything according to my will, which was a little difficult for me. The clothing industry is currently being given a lot of emphasis and efforts are being made to improve it.
Every day I look at all the things in my workplace and gather knowledge about them. In addition, this training is essential if I want to open a clothing factory or work in the clothing trade in the future. Because for a while I only saw and understood practically what to do and what to do because my coach had this command.
I have seen how to use the machine, how to take care of it and how threads become fabric.

Observation and findings
The drying sector is developed in this factory, so it has to be brought from abroad. If a dryer section could have been installed in this factory, time and money would have been saved. Generally, if you analyze them, you can see that some things come out here that indicate good and bad aspects of the company.
For example, if I do the SWOT analysis of the company, we will see that the strong part of the company is that its employees are very possessive and hardworking. Now, if we talk about weakness, here we will see that some factory officials are creating some problem among themselves in different matters. When we talk about the chance of the factory, we will see that the future of the factory is very bright.
Well, if we talk about the threat, then I will say if the factory does not change. If they want to stay in the market, they have to overtake other factories and increase the reach of the factory.
Chapter- 9 Conclusion
The results of the survey show that there are a number of steps to improve our trade management skills which will have specific implications for business as well as the national trade panel. The focus should be on modern marketing management systems for the development of the clothing sector. The development of management skills related to the function of commercial manager must be organized in order to prepare the future commercial manager.
Colleges and universities that offer business administration courses would be wise to assess their courses based on the results of this research. This direct study demonstrates the potential benefit that could arise from a broader study covering only marketing management. The resulting development of new insights can certainly help improve business efficiency and thus increase the satisfaction of all purchasing stakeholders, which will be the company's ultimate goal.
