With due diligence, it is my great pleasure to have been given the opportunity to complete my internship program at DARIN GROUP and prepare an internship report on the topic “Training and Development Process of DARIN GROUP. I made a sincere effort to study the related materials, documents, observe the operations carried out in the DARIN GROUP. This confirms that the report on “Training and Development Process – A Study on Darin Group” is a record of heart work done by Afrina Jahan Nazneen (ID in partial fulfillment of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree requirement. ) from Daffodil International University .

34; Training and Development process -A Case Study of Darin Group" presented as a course requirement for Bachelor of Business Administration at Daffodil International University was prepared by me. Darin Group started its journey in the field of Food and Beverages in 2009. Because, Darin Group believes that without providing proper training workers cannot be skilled or able to perform the job effectively and efficiently.

Darin Group believes that a proper training and development program is one of the key factors in their success. But placing a potential employee in the right place is only possible by providing adequate training and development. He then started organizing functions, seminars and meetings; so that it can provide the most effective training and development to workers.

The broad objective of the study is to analyze the Training and Development Process of Darin Group.

Through human resource planning, a link between human resource management and the overall strategic plan of an organization can be established. Human resource planning actually focused on the short term and was determined mainly by line management issues. Moreover, human resource planning is a process that identifies current and future human resource needs for an organization to achieve its goals.

Training and Development: Training is a program that helps employees learn specific knowledge and skills to improve their performance. And it has also improved employee performance and brought about changes in employee attitudes and behavior. On-the-job training: It is a process by which a person learns a job by actually doing the work.

Off-the-job training: It is the process of gaining knowledge through various sources such as; lectures, instructions, informal group discussion, which we can use in the future to think about; lectures, instructions, informal group discussion that we can apply in the future in the real world. Lectures: It is an off-the-job training method where a trainer uses some cues to help listeners follow your ideas. Informal learning: It is a process where a group of people come together and discuss the nature of work and some of the daily routine activities.

Computer Based Training: It is a type of virtual training where the training takes knowledge from computer and technology. Audio-Visual Based Training: To meet the need for organization wide training and it is very costly to move trainers from one place to another. Summative Evaluation: It describes the evaluation conducted to determine the extent to which trainees have changed as a result of participating in the training the extent to which the trainees have changed as a result of participating in the training program.

Training and development program has some inputs that improve the participants to acquire theoretical knowledge, skills and abilities to do any kind of work or activities. Education: An HR specialist understands the importance of education in any type of training and development program. Traditional approach: First of all, most of the organization never believed in training system in the past.

Modern Approach: In today's world, everyone believes that without proper training and development, people cannot acquire accurate knowledge and skills or learn training and development. People cannot acquire accurate knowledge and skills or learn new things and activities. 1. Meaning It is a process of acquiring new knowledge and skills to improve performance.

And the purpose of training needs assessment is to identify that if there is any need for training or training program. So that through this training needs assessment it will measure the workers' performance and help to improve the performance. DARIN GROUP takes this step so that the workers' performance can be evaluated and improved as well.

At present, the personnel department handles all the administrative tasks in connection with the training coordination with department heads, teachers, employees to deliver the training program. Moreover, this is done to prevent any kind of miscommunication, misconnection and to ensure that the employees receive the right training according to their needs, which will lead to improved performance for the DARIN GROUP. In fact, the HR department acts as an intermediary between employees, teachers, supervisors and the training program.

DARIN GROUP adopts a development process so that it can provide the best knowledge to the workers. Training and development not only prepares workers for the present, but also prepares for future orientation. Training and development helps in obtaining multiple opportunities as well as developing skills or interpersonal behavior of workers.

Training and development collaborate in the most advantageous use or utilization of human resources that help employees achieve organizational or corporate goals as well as their individual goals. Highlight the best performers and make them visible so that others do their best and the environment becomes pure competition.

After analyzing the data, DARIN GROUP realizes that by providing training and development programs they ensure the expectations of the workers and also fulfill the desired organizational goals. DARIN GROUP tries to follow both methods or techniques (on-the-job training and off-the-job training) of training and also tries to improve or develop the performance of workers. DARIN GROUP helps to create an exceptional image within the Food and Beverage industry by developing the workforce through need-based training linked to future requirements.

The training and development objectives are completely clear to the workers; the employees of DARIN GROUP know why they have the trainings and how the trainings will help them in their work. In fact, there are various ways to provide training to the workers, but DARIN GROUP cannot provide the whole training section due to high cost. Well, during the year the management of DARIN GROUP tries to minimize the training cost and also improve the training facilities.

All employees of DARIN GROUP believe that training and development program is the most useful material to improve employees' performance, abilities and skills. In fact, it is difficult to recommend DARIN GROUP because it is a Food & Beverage, and try to provide as much as facilities to the workers and provide the best quality, complete products. First of all, DARIN GROUP should draw attention to the buyers and customers so that; can get more buyers and customers.

So DARIN GROUP should improve its working environment more so that the employees can work without any fear for their lives. DARIN GROUP must improve its online facility for customer satisfaction because customers are king. DARIN GROUP outlines specific training and development objectives based on the type of performance required to achieve the organizational goal.

DARIN GROUP should organize more training and development program the workshop to make the workers more efficient in their performance. I am very happy for DARIN GROUP and all my associates, who have helped me a lot. Although Darin Group is a very big Food's Company, but I hope that it will become a successful Foods & Beverage and thus achieve its desired position in the market.
