In order to maintain a market presence, especially in a diversified business like apparel, this involves introducing new products. Product line extension: Product line extensions introduce new products within the current product line while using an established brand name.

These new products may have minor modifications in novelty, color, shape, material or packaging, size, enabling manufacturers the opportunity to attract the customer's attention. Pricing and Promotional Strategies: To obtain large orders and increase profitability, effective pricing and promotion are essential. Therefore, for the apparel industry to create a brand identity for its products, attract a large consumer base and ensure market viability, a well-planned marketing strategy is essential.

Considering the huge clothing market, careful preparation of marketing techniques is necessary to ensure a long-term presence in the business and continuously attract customers. INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE

My position as an intern in a garment factory gave me useful knowledge and hands-on experience in the fast-paced textile and clothing manufacturing industry. I had the opportunity to work with field specialists during my internship and deepen my awareness of the many processes involved in the garment manufacturing business. This hands-on experience led me to recognize the intricacy and precision required in the garment industry.

Quality control: My internship required me to quality-assure the delivered goods, which was a big task. Supply Chain Management: I gained knowledge about supply chain management and logistics practices used in the apparel industry. As a result, I was able to gain first-hand knowledge of the textile and clothing industry through my internship at a clothing factory.

As well as we are not very vocal and don't have the mentality to make such hard decisions to survive in the industry. My father wants me to do something innovative and not something that is already built in and run in the family as a family business. He wants me to do something outside the box, innovative and things that will benefit the next generation.

As an entrepreneur, he stays up to date with these and new innovations and motivates us to go to seminars, international fairs and exhibitions and create a mark in the industry by learning new innovations and gathering knowledge and leading in the market with the help of building a community and network. In addition, problem solving abilities, cost containment and other factors are built into his characteristics as he has been in the industry for so long.

FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS

It is important to limit urgent requisitions so that different suppliers can verify the costs and prices of the goods. It is strictly prohibited to sign any bill or challan without first inspecting the products. Only the storekeeper, officer, manager or person in charge is authorized to issue any type of product from the store; no member of the production team is allowed to remove material from the store without the storekeeper's permission.

It is required to record each product's entry and issue immediately in Tally or Excel in addition to recording it in the store register. The buyers must act to help manufacturers by sustainably paying for their products, just as the manufacturers must not constantly wait for orders from the buyers. By talking to the other employees of the company, the leader of the organization should be expected to establish standard laws, regulations and policies within their organization.

The organization's board should hold a meeting with the staff to discuss the organization's rules, laws and regulations and make necessary decisions. To inspire the employees to take on organizational responsibilities, the organization must provide a positive work environment. The managers of the organization should be approachable and helpful to the employees so that they feel free to ask them questions on work-related matters.

For the purpose of carrying out organizational responsibilities and operations, the organization's head must bring in more resources. The organization must hire skilled and effective staff to strengthen the HR department by selecting the best candidates and providing them with the necessary training to successfully perform personnel management tasks.

CONCLUSION

I have had the opportunity to become well acquainted with a number of aspects of the manufacturing process during my time here, from fabric selection to quality assurance and packaging. The development of practical skills and competences was one of the most important outcomes of my internship. Additionally, I was very impressed with the Lammim Apparel and Alif Village team's commitment to quality, sustainability and social responsibility.

Working with industry professionals also provided me with valuable networking opportunities and insights into career paths within apparel manufacturing. During my internship period I learned a large number of things from both my father, chairman of Lammim Apparels, and employees within the company. If I am CEO of the company one day, I need to be aware of everything (from fabric to packaging).

As a result, my internship at a clothing factory introduced me to textile and clothing production. It has helped me expand my skills and given me a thorough understanding of the industry, making it an important and educational step in my career. This internship has improved my academic and practical knowledge while strengthening my desire to work in the apparel sector.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at Lammim Apparels Limited for the help, guidance and supportive atmosphere that helped make my internship enjoyable and successful. I feel that this internship has been an essential part of my professional growth and I look forward to the opportunities that will come my way in the future.
