Early detection of abnormalities in electrical machines is important due to their variety of applications in different fields.

An accurate fault detection system helps prevent the spread of faults or severely limits their growth and therefore hinders planned downtime, namely production and financial income. Of the various types of faults that can occur with electrical machines, approximately 20% are caused by the rotor. Stimulation and rotor error of the broken rotor bar when property improvement occurred using waveform analysis appeared in the current signal.

Now 6.3 MVA has been converted from indoor substation to 415 V AC using step down transformer and from this 6.3 MVA, 11/0.415 KV substation the current is distributed as required through low voltage or LT panel. In short, the 33 KV line was split through substations to 11 KV and the 11 KV line was converted to 0.415 KV and fully split to apex footwear limited.

Load center: The main issue in choosing the location of the substation is the load center. Otherwise, care must be taken when choosing the location of the substation, so that the substation is located in a place from which the costs of power supply, transmission, etc. It must ensure a safe arrangement: In order for the various equipment in the substation to be able to supply power safely around the clock around, regular maintenance, cleaning, fire protection, open air flow, etc.

When the 11KV line enters the indoor type substation, the line will first enter the indoor type HT panel or the 11KV panel through the underground cable with the help of the discharge fuse from the pole to protect the line. The internal substation is designed in such a way that two transformers equal to 3150 KVA are used here, because if one transformer has any problem, the substation does not stand still or shut down, so another transformer is used. Ink Board Isolator, VCB Circuit Breaker and 11KV Process Control Board. This is how 11KV HT inner board is diagnosed or installed.

Here 3150 KVA dry type transformer whose HT-11KV and LT-415V are connected to PFI panel 2000 KVAR with the help of bus bar through the input locked system from transformer output. This 6.3 MVA type indoor substation has 1500KVA, 1250KVA, 1000KVA, 660KVA, these four generators to generate electricity all the time, and these four generators are synchronized through four synchronizing panels through the interlocked system, the upgrade panel of the PFI power factor is connected to the main panel. bus bar The input and output lines of the substation are connected with the help of bus bar.

Lightning Arrester: Lightning arresters are used to protect various equipment of the substation from surge caused by over voltage. Isolator: Isolators are used to disconnect various equipment from the substation, especially the transformer from the line at no load conditions or at very low loads. DC Supply: Managing DC supply current in indoor type substations is an important task as it is used for DC supply relays or various other purposes.

PFI Panel: Power factor improvement or PFI is a very important task for indoor type substation. Workshop: Repair and maintenance work of various equipment of the substation is done in the workshop.

SAMPLE PICTURE AND WORK

The injection molding machine is a combination of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic system and pneumatic system, the operation of these four parts. The injection molding machine is supplied with a 415V supply voltage and converts the 415V to 24V using a step-down transformer that controls the 24V machine with various devices in the control box. This sewing arm cutting machine is supplied with 415V voltage, but the machine handles the work with a 24V conversion using a step-down transformer.

This sewing arm cutting machine needs 30-35 liters of hydraulic oil to operate the hydraulic system. This machine cuts different sizes of different materials for leather, synthetic and shoe soles. This machine has a 3-phase supply voltage of 415 V, but the machine operates on 24 V for safety.

This machine uses sharp blades and small and large motors to cut the leather into pieces. This machine is supplied with 360-415 volts and the maximum power of the machine is 3.1 KW. This machine is used to tighten the upper part of the skin with a synthetic material through hydraulic pressure, and the design is made with a hydraulic system on the upper skin.

A stampa or ambush machine needs at least 60 liters of hydraulic oil to operate the hydraulic system. The back of the molding machine is used to heat and cool the upper sole of the shoe, and air pressure is used to mold the shape of the shoe. The hot air blower is a machine consisting of three parts, namely the electrical, mechanical and heating parts.

This machine produces hot air and the shoes are kept in this machine for a few minutes. This machine is provided with 400v supply and a 2 KW motor is used to dissipate the heat generated from the heating coil.

The heart of the reel is an electromagnet (a coil of cord that becomes a temporary magnet when energy flows through it). But on a regular basis we need to get more of the system using their larger flows. The control wires are usually covered with a foil protector, a braided sheath, or a combination of both.

It is a sensor capable of tripping in the presence of nearby items without any physical contact. A capacitive sensor is a proximity sensor that detects proximity by items through their effects in the electric field created by the sensor. Substances moving with the flow appear largely due to gravity in their packing containers (or other physical constraints) as horizontal when most bulk solids accumulate in the direction to reach a peak.

A thermoelectric device for measuring temperature, consisting of several metal wires connected to the dots, has a voltage between two percent of the temperature difference. The input voltage, output voltage and frequency, and the usual energy with which they are handled, depend on the design of the precise instrument or circuit. Input voltage, output voltage and frequency and overall power handling depend on the design of the particular device or circuit.

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is an industrial PC control gadget that continuously monitors the input device countries and makes choices based on a custom application to manage the output device countries. The use of these types of management systems can significantly enhance almost any production process; the biggest advantage of using PLC is the ability to change and copy the action or method while collecting and communicating the necessary statistics. The main goal of designing this type of device was to eliminate the high fees charged by automakers in the original United States, who were concerned about replacing the manipulative structures of complex relay-based systems.

These controllers eliminate the need for each new configuration of the logic, including retrofits and additional hardware. The function of the processor is to show the popularity of the screen or country of the input gadget, to test and remedy the best judgment of a person's utility, and to drive the output devices in or outside the United States. This size of memorable data can be most effective. It is placed for internal use and operation of processor units EEPROME or electronically readable program, read-only memory is usually an upload to the memorable module, which is used to back up the original software in the processor's CMOS ARIES.

Another touch in the application, called Y1, uses the reputation of the output coil as a sealing touch at once, so that the motor contact will continue to drive after the "start" key transfer is released.
