CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION

A. Conclusion

Based on the research, the writer concluded that there is no significant

different result of test reading comprehension compared to 1994 Curriculum

and Competence Based Cuu-iculum. It is based on the test result of reading

comprehension that 2.00 > 0.19 < 2.66. The hypothesis result is to be smaller

than tt, the alternative hypothesis (Ra) is rejected and the Null hypothesis is

accepted.

B. Suggestion

Even there IS no significant different result of the test, but this new

cumculum (Curriculum Based Competence) is needed to be accepted and be

implementation by the schools to develop our education. The structure and

infrastructure in our school should be fixed, continue training to the teachers to

be more capable and competence, give the continue socialization to all schools

that exist.

By that, will be missing the slogan that exist in a part of our community,
