ABSTRACT
IDT program which was fixed by previous government exactly. In April
1994, is a program which purposes to cope national problem and vital indead for
continous stability, social dynamization economy, politics and national safety.
It
wasn't an issue that previous government. Was the root cause of Indonesian
economic destruction such CCN, High cost of writer's research part being done in
Gunung Berita Village, High cost was found on IDT Protect either on proposal stage
or acceptable proposal up to protect running, involvud appomtus
was
not serious
intheir function, making arbritrory proposal, in other side he failure program was
also cause by less society anthusiasm and seriousness to which are having
knowledge, lazy to examine and closely rebted to administration matters. As they
considered those stuffs as oficer business and tight hours of working.
Obviously IDT program failure was not devived from IDT itself program, but
appomtus and society involvement, in other words mentally unprepared, moral
hazard, both elements needs to be taken care if there will be sort of program in the
future.
Finnally the writer expects further analysis of poverty reduction program,
more over for the long crises there days, the number of poor societies are in creasing
as well as unemployment worsening the cronical situation of the nation and beeing
nation negative implication such as crimes, moral decodency and anarchism.
It should
be realized that whole competent nation componen and government should focus this
problem and national component should take part and care.
