Produksi padi pada tahun 2010 mencapai 1.774.499 ton atau turun sebesar 5,15 persen dari tahun sebelumnya. Hampir semua komoditi palawija mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2010, kecuali kacang hijau dan ubi jalar. Kacang hijau mengalami peningkatan yang cukup significan yaitu mencapai 50.012 ton yang sebelumnya mencapai 33.774 ton.

Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat merupakan daerah penghasil bawang merah yang cukup tinggi. Pada tahun 2010 produksi bawang merah mencapai 104.324 ton dengan produksi tertinggi dicapai oleh Kabupaten Bima.

5.2. Perkebunan

Produksi perkebunan yang memberikan sharing paling besar dalam menciptakan nilai tambah di sektor perkebunan adalah komoditi tembakau. NTB merupakan penghasil tembakau terbesar dalam produk nasional dan pemasok utama untuk industry rokok secara nasional.

5.2. Plantation

5.3. Kehutanan

Produksi kayu di Provinsi NTB dalam beberapa tahun terakhir terus mengalami penurunan. Hal ini disebabkan masih dalah tahapan reboisasi dan telah berakhirnya masa eksploitasi PT Pioneer yang memegang HPH (Hak Pengusahaan Hutan). Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kayu di NTB khususnya sebagai bahan baku untuk kegiatan konstruksi pada tahun 2010 didatangkan dari Kalimantan Selatan dan Jawa Tengah.

Hasil kehutanan selain kayu yang banyak dimanfaatkan untuk kerajinan adalah rotan dan bambu. Disamping itu NTB juga dikenal sebagai daerah penghasil madu. Produksi madu pada tahun 2010 mencapai 155,95 liter.

5.4. Peternakan

Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Peternakan Provinsi NTB, jumlah pemotongan ternak pada tahun 2010, tercatat sebanyak 47.927 ekor sapi, 12.187 ekor kerbau, dan 1.483 ekor kuda. Untuk ternak kecil, jumlah pemotongan sebesar 16.477 ekor kambing, 910 ekor domba, dan 3.772 ekor babi.

5.5. Perikanan

Produksi perikanan pada tahun 2010 sebanyak 381.475 ton yang terdiri dari 333.715 ton perikanan laut, dan 47.760 ton perikanan darat.
